Pete responded in a timely manner, showed up on time and did a very good job. I had been with another professional window cleaning company for years but its prices became very high and not competitive and the quality of the work had decreased. Pete's prices were very competitive and his work was high quality. And there was no need to put towels on the floors under the windows becasue he did not spill a drop of water. I will be hiring him to clean my windows twice a year and my huge decks. Great Job! He also gave me a senior discount even though I had forgotten to ask him about the discount until I was ready to pay him.

I asked him for an estimate; he came over immediately and gave me a bid. I rejected it as being too high, so he dropped his price by 20%. I told him it was a deal. He was able to come over the next week and completely cleaned all our windows, inside and out, including the screens. He worked fast and did an excellent job. He also put in some lightbulbs which were up high on the eaves of the house, when my husband asked him to do it, as he already had the ladder up there. He was punctual and professional. We will definitely use him again.

He arrived on time. He cleaned 29 panes of glass, inside and out. He cleaned the screens, as well. I was happy with the results! He got the work done in 3 1/2 hours and he did some extra cleaning to my gutters and didn't charge me any extra. He also showed me the the soot that candles leave on your windows and showed me how to clean them.

Pete was at my house a few minutes before the appointed time, which was fine. He did a thorough job, taking off all the storm windows, cleaning them inside and out. He easily handled my rather large storm window for the living room picture window, which would have taken me an hour to clean all by itself. He was careful not to track in dirt or to cause a mess in the work area. He worked quickly and efficiently, but even for a small rambler like mine a job like this is significant, and it took him two full hours to wrap up. I'm very happy with how the windows look and would hire him again.

Cleaned all windows inside and out. This required removing the storm pane and cleaning both sides of it.On time, pleasant and professional.

Pete was scheduled to arrive at noon but came an hour early. He prefers to work by himself and managed to do the entire job in about two hours. We have a 1-1/2 story house on 5 levels so he needed a ladder to do the upper story cleaning. Working indoors first, he cleaned all the double-hung windows and removed the storms and screens, stacking them neatly by each window. From the outside he cleaned all the windows, top to bottom, and then went back inside to clean the storms and screens and reinstall them in the windows. He worked steadily and very neatly and was most courteous. The windows sparkled when he finished. The only minor suggestion I would make would be to give the window sills inside a cleaning swipe---I had to go around wiping the sills when he was finished.

A miracle happened at my house today---my windows are cleaner than I thought was possible, thanks to Pete. I live in an old house and thought that many of my windows could not be opened. Pete was able to open every window so he could thoroughly clean all of the glass surfaces. He did not cut corners and did fantastic work. From now on, I plan to hire Pete yearly.

It was fine; no complaints. He arrived a couple days after we had called. He washed all of the windows inside and outside. He had to remove quite a few screens to accomplish this but he completed the work quickly and a did great job. The price wasn't bad either. I will definitely use this company again.

Pete was able to come a little early, did a great job as usual. The job took him about 45 minutes. I have used him many times before and will continue to do so.

Pete left a phone message for me about ten days after I had sent an email, with a time that he could come. I left a phone message for him with a couple of alternative times, and after four or five days hadn't heard, so left another message saying that the original time he had scheduled was OK. (This was the day before he was scheduled to come). He left another message while I was at work and said he would come the earlier time that I had proposed. It was a little dicey getting scheduled this time, thus the B for Responsiveness. He showed up 15 minutes early, which was fine with me, did a great job washing all the windows, they look very good, is very considerate, and was very reasonably priced. I will continue to use Pete's company.

We have never used a professional window cleaning service before and just got tired of looking through dirty windows. 20/20 did a great job and we can't believe how clean the windows look. Very courteous and accomodated our crazy schedule.

He is great. He is easy to reach and responsive and also quite popular. The end product is outstanding and there are never any streaks. He gives a quote each time and that is what we pay. He never leaves anything behind and is exceptional as far as clean-up. He is very fast and efficient.

The windows looked excellent! Since they were older, there was paint chips laying around some of the windows after he cleaned. He apologized for leaving a small mess, but it was strange that he didn't stay to clean up. I would definitely hire him again, but would request that he stay to clean up everything.
