They did a tremendous job at cleaning the carpets in our new home. Would recommend.

I was told I should have the 'super deluxe' cleaning (I forget their term for it). When the worker arrived, he was running late and it was late in the day. He suggested their basic cleaning and I went with that. He did a good job and the carpet looked good, but wonder if I didn't get the service I was quoted just due to the time constraint for the worker. I've also been told there is an odor of smoke in my unit (that I don't smell) and I wonder if the original cleaning would have reduced that smell.

Greg was a true professional. From his first visit to the cleaning of the carpets. Our carpets are 16 years old and they look new again. Will never use anyone else again.

I had just about given up on getting some bad stains out of our 25 year old carpet. But the carpet was in good condition so I was pleasantly surprised when Surface Surgeons team showed up to assess the damage and went to work. The carpet is vastly improved and they did an excellent job on my upholstered furniture as well. They were also very congenial and communicated clearly about what they could do. I'd highly recommend this company!

I appreciated that Greg was honest about my 30-year old carpets! Even though the carpets were old, Greg made them look awesome.
