The doctor I see here is very efficient, organized and professional. She provides an excellent quality of care and the treatment is very effective. They are very flexible about the appointments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is also very clean and comfortable.

We're very pleased with all services we have received.

I have great respect for their philosophy of healing. They have a wonderfully organized system throughout their clinic and hospitals to make sure you get the very best care. Extremely efficient. Doctors give you their full attention for as much time as you need.

The quality of care was outstanding and they were very thorough. The office was clean and well kept and the price was fair. They are responsive, punctual and professional. The only thing I don t like is the drive, but they were accommodating as far as my appointments go.

I thought it was excellent. They have a phenomenal computer system, it was amazing how they could move people around and keep track of everyone. They were very organized. They were very competent. The staff were somewhat impersonal since it was so big.

My wife had extremely low blood oxygen level (50% to 60%). The local specialists where unable to diagnosis her ailment after numerous tests. I took my wife to the Mayo Clinic where Dr. J. Mullon diagnosed her ailment to be Pulmonary Hypertension. On the next visit to the Mayo Clinic s St. Mary s Hospital a biopsy was performed to determine the exact diagnosis of her ailment. The professionalism of the staff of Mayo Clinic and St. Mary s Hospital is the best my wife and myself have ever witnessed. If you need the best medical care available this is the place.

They are absolutely number one. They have treated me beautifully. In three days, you know what's wrong with you, so you are never left wondering.

Her medical knowledge is excellent and her relationship with patients is outstanding. Her communication with the patient is very caring.

My husband was always treated like a very important person; he was always able to speak to a person instead of a recording. They were very responsive, professional, and the treatment was so great that it was beyond belief. I would highly recommend them. Saw the doctor, pediatric department, who's been treating postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Smart, funny, nice, great with kids and helpful. Very comfortable setting. The Mayo complex is amazing.

Overall, we were very satisfied with this hospital. They are excellent. They have state of the art technology and the physicians are highly skilled. We were very impressed and would recommend the hospital to others.

My doctor sent me there four times to see an ENT surgeon I was passed to three different surgeons every time I went. The first time I went I saw a surgeons assistant. He told me that I needed to do certain treatments and then come back and see a surgeon. I went up there and they told me that I needed to see a different doctor and then I went again and they told me that I needed to see another doctor, I went up a third time and then the doctor I talked to didn't understand why I came up to him. Then the doctor made all kinds of excuses for why he wouldn't and didn't want to do the surgery I needed. He was really rude and completely unhelpful. He treated me like I just didn't matter. This is supposed to be a really well known clinic. I've seen a lot of really good doctors but I would advise people to not use their ENT department. I'm not saying the whole clinic is bad, just the ENT department.

It is just a team approach to health care they are absolutely fantastic. Everything from the very set up phone call to the major surgery, everything was done top notch. They have excellent customer service and are concerned about the patient.

My insurance covers all the cost. I feel they are very thorough and they are up to date with medical treatments. They are known world wide. I wish that it was closer to me, but it is worth the drive. They saved my husband's life there.

The doctors are so wonderful that they cannot apply to work here, they must be invited based on their excellent reputation. Every contact I have had has been excellent, they are prompt, listen well, take time to give the information about what needs to be done. I have other experiences at different hospitals that doctors will not talk to you, and are abrupt. If you stay some place connected to the sky way you do not even have to go outside to get to the hospital. They are thorough. They are diligent about informing the patient. I had two growths in my lungs, and one was removed. The last time I went to discuss my treatment options the P.A. sat down with me and talked to me, and showed me my cat scans side by side to check out my spots. It was so helpful to sit there and see for myself what the problems were. They are very responsive, I can always be in contact with them.
