Excellent service from the reception to the end.

tThe experience went very well. I had been side swiped while parked twice in one week - both on the driver's side. One was more on the door and the other the rear quarter panel. Lamettry's did a nice job estimating the job, splitting the costs and working with both insurance companies. After the estimate and confirming with both insurance companies, I dropped my car off Sunday night and it was ready by Friday - just as promised. The repairs look great - I couldn't even tell the car had been in an accident.

LaMettry's did a great job repairing my car's rear bumper following an accident. The bumper looks like new and I am impressed with the quality of their work. My only complaint, which I expressed to them in their follow-up survey call, is that they consistently failed to communicate the status of my repairs and whether it would be done on time as promised. While it was, they were difficult to reach. Nonetheless I'd return to them in the future if/when that need arises.

The estimator was excellent and impressed me with his professionalism. Once car was in the body shop they called me daily with update status. Once car was ready they called a head picked me up.

La Mettreys told me they would repair some rusted areas under warranty. Turned out that the particular areas with rust had not been touched by them before and shouldn't have been covered under their warranty. But because they said they would...they did, and without any hassle whatsoever. I haven't encountered a company where the word of their people counted for so much. I'm deeply impressed!

The work was very good and looks excellent.

They gave me a ride home. They were recommended by the dealer. They did a good job with the work. It took two visits, two weeks apart. The service was good. They fixed it and were very attentive. They were a bit more expensive than a competitor.

Every step of the process was a delight from the estimate, intake, scheduling, the work itself and delivery. This is the third time I have used LaMettry's - once for a 3 Series BMW, once for a Subaru Outback and once for the Lexus. Someone on the supply side of this business told me that this is the best auto body repair shop in the Twin Cities. I would concur based on my experience. First class in all respects!

Had an estimate done and dropped off the car the next week. Dropped off car Sunday night for work to start on Monday, and was told it would take a full week. Had car back on Thursday afternoon.

The estimator was an expert. He pointed out all major and minor issues. Took photos and prepared an estimate in about 30 minutes. The office staff was fabulous. I was made to feel like this business really cared about its customers. I used the Burnsville, MN facility and cannot give it higher marks

They were excellent. They did what they said they were going to do at a reasonable price. It was done when they said it would be done. They were very professional.

We had a badly damaged rear end on our pickup truck and were referred to Lamettrys Collision in Lakeville. We took the truck in for an estimate and were told we could leave the truck for repairs right then. They worked directly with our insurance company so all we had to do was give them our claim number. We were kept posted through out the whole repair process by Mark. The repairs were done a day earlier than expected and they had employees coming to pick up another vehicle in our neighborhood, so they said they would deliver our truck to us! When the truck was delivered they showed us the repairs that were done. We were amazed when we looked at our 8 year old pickup truck! It looked as good as it did when it was new. They not only did the repairs from the accident but at no cost to us the removed a scuff mark that was on the truck for years and replaced a burned out bulb we needed. We really appreciate the great job Mark and his repair team did. If you keep up the great customer service, your company will be around for years to come. They are very personable and they did an excellent job.

Overall my experience was wonderful. I stopped by the Richfield location, without an appointment, and received an estimate after waiting only a few minutes. This was the last place I was visiting after receiving two other estimates. Mike Spainhower went over everything in detail and worked to get me scheduled as soon as possible. He also arranged for a rental car to be waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. Throughout the process he provided updates and called right away when they found a dent that was not included in the estimate. Since Mike did not see the dent when he did the estimate he gave me a discounted price which resulted in the overall cost only being $90 higher than the estimate. They indicated that the work would take 5-7 business days but I was anxious to pick my car up on that Friday due to Memorial Day on Monday. He worked to get my vehicle finished and it was ready after only 4.5 days. They also cleaned the inside of my car which was nice. I was extremely pleased with the work and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.

The golf ball sized dent in the trunk of our PT Cruiser convertible due to vandalism was perfectly repaired. We cannot tell the dent was ever there. LaMettry's great service and excellent work made a bad incident better.

A guy came out to give an estimate after our car had been hit in a parking lot. He was knowledgeable, kind and understanding. He gave us a couple of options for fixing the car and listed the pros and cons of each one. At no time did he pressure us to have the work done at LaMettry's and he even buffed out some of the paint marks and scratches free of charge. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I was then given an estimate of cost and approximate time for repair. Once the work was under way for a few days, a representative called me to let me know the status. I called once and my call was promptly returned. The work was excellent and the car looked new. It was washed and detailed before it was returned to me. A great experience all the way around, a rarity these days.

Staff quickly answered the phone and scheduled a convenient appointment. Gave several options for repair. Brought car back for service and was ready on schedule.

They did a great job. They worked with the insurance company as far as billing and the rental car. They have a rental car company in the same building for convenience. When I picked up the repaired car, the car was cleaned inside and out which I very much appreciated since I have 2 small kids! They had their work cut out for them. I would use LaMettrys again for any body damage.

After receiving several estimates (which were all relatively the same), I chose LaMettry's because of the positive feedback the Company had received on Angie's List. I was told that it would take about 10 business days to repair my car and it was done in 11. The customer service was fabulous - I was helped promptly when I arrived for the estimate and when I dropped off and picked up my car. All of my phone calls were returned quickly. The vehicle was returned clean inside and out and looking brand new. When the new turn signal stopped working a day after I picked up the car, arrangements were made to have a technician look at it, and, when I arrived, the technician was immediately available and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. I would definitely use LaMettry's again and would recommend them to friends and family.

LaMettry's did a superb job, the car looks like new.
