It was alright. It took them 3 fenders to get it right. It took them less than 2 weeks to finish which was longer than what they said it would be.

They did a great job. They are the only ones we use for car repair. They are efficient. They met the time frame. They do good quality work. If they make a mistake they will make it right. They have a post inspection to make sure everything looks right.

It was very good. They tell you what you need to know. They kept in contact with me. They did an excellent repair, I can't tell that there were repairs done on it.

It was great. I had to pay extra to take another dent out and repaint it. I can see the dent in the sunlight. The extra dent had nothing to do with the accident. We have used them on 4 or 5 occasions on 4 different vehicles. We have been very happy on the other occasions.

The team was great. The worked with two insurance companies to complete all necessary paperwork. They kept me updated prior to me dropping off the car and during the repair work; they arranged for a rental car. Overall great service. The great looks and drives great. The staff was professional and friendly. Not only did they was the car they also cleaned and vacuumed the interior. Great service. I will use them again.

I submitted a request for an estimate on their website and received a call within minutes. They gave me a verbal quote of $225 out-the-door price for OEM windshield glass. I asked for it to be done the next day if possible (I called end of day Thursday). They checked availability of the glass, gave me an appointment time for the next day. I took the car to their shop so it could be replaced inside out of the extreme cold. They were ready at the appointment time and took my car into the shop right away. They were done within an hour and let it cure for an hour after that. This car had a black vinyl top that met the edge of the windshield. The tech was able to replace the windshield without touching the vinyl and then put a nice bead of urethane along the front edge to re-seal the vinyl top. He said the OEM glass made for a perfect fit. They honored the $225 out-the-door quote. It's only been 24 hours, so we'll see how it holds up, but the experience was very good. I'd use them again.

I WAS IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT THAT INCLUDED JUMPING A CURB AND SWIPING A SMALL METAL SIGN POST. I KNEW THERE WAS EXTENSIVE ALLIGNMENT, WHEEL, HOOD AND QUARTER PANNEL DAMAGE. MY INSURANCE HELPED WITH THE AUTO RENTAL FROM ANOTHER VENDOR. MY CAR WAS TOWED TO LAMETRY'S AND NEARLY 5 WEEKS LATER I HAD MY CAR BACK TO LIKE NEW STATUS. SINCE MY INSURANCE PICKED UP THE BILL AFTER MY 1K DEDUCTABLE IT'S HARD FROM ME TO SUBSTANCIATE THE COST OF THE REPAIR. I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE IN TUNE WITH THE BILLING IF IT WAS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. THE CAR LOOKED AND DROVE ALMOST PERFECT UPON COMPLETION. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT IT TOOK 5 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.

I had some small rust spots forming on my vehicle. They were the cheapest quote by far. I turned the car in Friday and they had it done by Monday afternoon. They handled a rental car for me and was able to get me a heavily discounted rate. Car was returned cleaned and detailed.

They were very quick initially to contact me and work with my insurance company to process my car following a collision. Unfortunately, the communication broke down during the week it took to repair my vehicle. I was surprised with additional fees on top of my deductible when I arrived to pick my vehicle up. When I questioned the extra charges I did not feel I was given a clear explanation.

They did a great job matching my dark red paint . They also cleaned the whole car inside and our. I went to the Lamettrys in Lakeville.

2-DAY JOB COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED.

They did a good job. They also took care of getting a rental car using a sale from the rental car service which was very reasonable. The only thing that I found was lacking was their responsiveness to my calls. It took a day to get back to me twice. Otherwise they did a great job!

The person I was in contact with most of the time was Eli and he was very professional and on-the-ball. He made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction and even exceeded expectations. After my Xterra and other decals were mistakenly removed and destroyed, Eli ordered a new Xterra decal and gave me gas cards for my trouble. He also made sure that the touch-up paint was applied twice and set with heat lamps, and he replaced the bulbs for my rear license plate. I can't say enough about the courtesy and help I received from this employee.

It was a very pleasant experience. They had a couple of locations, I used the one in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. They gave me a rental and they cancelled everything and they were very responsive. It was very pleasant, it was done when they said it would be done, it looked like brand new and they do that extra stuff in which they were detailing the car which was a pleasant surprise. It was sparkling inside and out and they told me when it would be done and they worked with my insurance company so when I arrived, the rental was there and they handled everything, it was very nice. It could have been awful but it was very nice. I did get 3 bids, they were in the middle but they used original parts on my car. I have a Lexus and they used Lexus parts, they didn't use after market but they were cheaper than Lexus or those other repairs. It turned out that they were like one of the preferred vendors for my particular insurance company but again they were kinda in the middle of the road but I was very impressed, it was very nice, organized service and I wasn't waiting. I told everybody that I would use their services again in the future. It was awesome, there were little feathery scratchings on my car from other things over time and they went over and oversprayed the car and they buffed it, it was awesome.

Lamettry's is first class. We had changed cars and we had taken out insurance on the car but I had not taken extra car rental on the insurance. The situation was such that the price for the extra car was really high. I did not know that and when I made that discovery they absorbed the bill. It was almost $800 and they absorbed the bill. That is classy, it was very good. It was an innocent mistake or being negligent I suppose. Any way I made the mistake and it would have cost us close to $900 and they just absorbed it. I thought the price was good. Overall my experience with them was very good. I am very impressed with them.

It went okay. I was confused by the changing prices they quoted - I told them no insurance but the quote came back with insurance prices. When I told them I would be paying myself the cost went up which is counter intuitive for me. I have always been told if you pay for it yourself it should be less. They originally said it would take a week - which I assumed labor time was factored into the quote. When it was ready much quicker I assumed it would be less (less labor and time) than the quote - but not so. According to them they used the same amount of time - even though it was completed 3 days early. Then they forgot about the Angie's list coupon and it took them forever to figure it out - then they took off too much and had to charge me again for the difference. At this point I just wanted out of the shop. The repair appears to be done correctly, however the confusion over the pricing makes me feel I did not get a fair deal.

While each Lamettry's employee whom I have met has struck me as top notch, I usually work with the Richfield manager Greg Wood. Greg has helped our family get best quality results again and again, and he is eager to do that on a cost-effective basis, especially when one is paying for work out-of-pocket as I was in this case. In other words, Greg finds a way to get satisfying results without necessarily breaking the bank. With my Z3, he could have sold me on a $900 replacement part for the spoiler, but he figured that the damage to the existing unit could be repaired sufficiently so that no one would notice for half the price. His crew did that as well as the other repairs for the price of the replacement spoiler alone, and now my sweet Z3 looks like a new car again!

I left the car with Greg and got a call the next afternoon telling me that it was ready for pick up. He told me that even he was surprised at how well it turned out. I went the next day to retrieve the car and was truly wowed. This ten year old car could have been sitting on the showroom floor of the Lexus dealer looking like a brand new automobile. It was/is stunning. But no surprise. Greg and his LaMettry's team have done this about a half dozen times for me and my family members in recent years. Whether a job is covered by insurance or covered, as was this one, by the vehicle's owner, this shop makes sure that the work is done to the complete satisfaction of the owner and that the price is fair. So, even though this shop is known for it's work on high end vehicles (e.g., Mercedes), it does not extract a premium charge for its premium quality work. In my opinion as a car guy, anyone needing auto body repair work done would be making a mistake in not considering LaMettry's for the job whether it is insured or not.

It was covered by insurance, so I don't remember how much they charged. The service was excellent and the results were excellent. They probably had the best price than anybody. I will use them again if needed.

They gave me an initial estime which was aorund 700$ less, when the final bill was 700$ more, the appraiser seemed to be very callous about it saying that insurance covers it. But it does affect my insurance premium. Also, they gave me an estimate of a week and may be it will be done eariler, and when I called on thursday, they said the car will be ready only on Monday on Tuesday next week, I get a call on Friday saying it was ready, I had to change my schedule, thinking it would not be ready until tuesday of next week, I was wondering how the estimator did not know on thursday, car would be ready on Friday, was he not communicating wirth his shop
