Fabulous I would use them again. My parents had work done by them and had been very satisfied so that my insurance gave me a choice of places and that's what I picked because of that, but they were totally on time, they were totally communicative and this is a side benefit the guy who was looking at it to set up the service said to me you do know your gonna need new tires before winters don't you and I thought that was not his responsibility at all but I did actually know that but they don't sell tires it wasn't look he was trying to sell me anything but that's above and beyond kind of.

It took longer to repair than I expected, and so I incurred additional rental car expenses, but those expenses were offset by their having listened to me when I said my goal was just for the car to be safe (I drive grandkids around). They did not do the boatloads of unnecessary work they would have had to do to bring it back to pristine (that I didn't care about), saving me in turn boatloads of money.

Team was friendly and work was well done. I received updates frequently and never had to reach out to find out what was occurring or if timing was impacted. They were very proactive. It cost slightly more than expected.

Lamettry's was very easy to deal with, pleasant and straight forward, answered all questions and helped with insurance and a rental car during the repair.

I obtained an estimate and then scheduled a time to bring in the car for repair. The work was completed within the time frame of the estimate and the overall cost exceeded the estimate by less than 1%. I was very pleased with the work done and the ongoing communications while the body work was being done.

LaMettry's did an excellent job. They felt that one of the rebuilt components that they had ordered to replace the broken one was flawed and would not function reliably. They took the initiative to go back to the insurance company who then agreed to cover the costs of a brand new part. They apologized that my repair job had taken longer than expected, but they wanted to make sure the job was done right.

I worked with James. Their service center had been pretty backlogged. The newly promoted people did not do the best job they should have been. They realized that stuff wasn't done in a timely manner so James stepped in. I was at a point where I was a little frustrated with him. I worked with him and now I can't say a bad thing about it. He was absolutely fantastic. Their pricing was fantastic. I would go and ask for James.

I have used LaMettry's Collision recently. They give you an estimate and that is what the price is, it is average sort of.

They did a great job. They were very, very professional, all the staff, very friendly. It was kind of minor parts. I was so surprised that the price was so high though. I understand that it costs a lot to get something done professionally, but I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it. I'm glad my insurance company didn't have to pay for it. The guy that hit me, his company had to pay for it. It's just clean. It's perfectly matched to the paint. Matched perfectly and everything worked. They did great work but I personally thought that the prices were way high, but I have nothing to compare that with, but I was shocked with what the cost was for a small part. They were very kind. They even picked me up back and forth.

They were fantastic. I ran into some difficulty with my rental car because they missed one component that they had to replace so they had to keep the car longer. They had to tear it down and put it back together so it took four or five days longer. They paid for my car rental, which was nice, and I did not have to work worry about my rental car at all.

Car looked brand new! Like nothing happened.

They were very professional. They saw me right away without an appointment when I came in for an estimate. I got the estimate very quickly, they worked well with the insurance company, and arranged for a rental car to come pick me up at their shop. They made it very easy.

I took my car in after I was in an accident. LaMettry's was extremely quick with the initial inspection and helped walk me through the process I would need to go through with the guy that hit me's insurance company (State Farm). The more thorough estimate that was performed after insurance was lined up was extremely detailed. Everything went smoothly as LaMettry's was an approved repair facility. At the end of the day no work was actually performed, but I won't hesitate to go there again if I ever have damage to my car.
