Description of Work: When I went to pick up my SUV (new front grill and hood), I found that there were issues (sand / debris) under the paint (like it wasn't prep'd properly. Along with that, the hood was noticeably misaligned on the drivers side. Because it was raining when I picked it up, I was not able to see these defects until the sun revealed them. I went back to have them look at it and to my surprise, the person who looked at it told me that he was not surprised at the defects and told me that the misalignment was probably not noticed because that is not where they were concerned about aligning, its just normally the front they look at. Along with the misalignment, the specks under the paint were not noticed during the final quality inspection (not sure how it was not noticed ??). They were gracious enough to inform me that I can bring it back and drop it off to have the imperfections re-done, but that I would have to leave it for a day. Because its my only car, I need it for transportation to and from work, and have not had time to take it there to have it redone.

Description of Work: My car need parts of bumper replaced. They sat there trying to figure out for me the minimum number of parts that need to be replaced. We made an appointment. My car was done within two hours. They gave it a wash. you can see the work that has been done. It was perfect. They also have after hour drop off service. Very happy with our choice to go there.

Description of Work: I crashed my car a few times early in 2015. Since it's a Honda, and since they do body work for Honda, and since insurance was paying for it, that's where I went. They did a nice job bringing the car back to "new". | |One of the times I got estimates from a few other places. Lamettry's wasn't the most or least expensive, but all the estimates were pretty competitive. | |One time they took a couple days longer than initially quoted, but they picked up the cost of a rental too.
