+ 0 moreAfter an initial poor rating that I gave this company, I have decided to revise my rating, because Chuck at LaMettrys took over the problem with my car, and corrected everything. He went above and beyond to make sure that I would be happy with the results of my car. I really appreciate the follow up by him. He picked my car up from my house, took it to the shop and fixed all the problems. I would recommend this company to others, but I would say that if you run into any trouble, ask to speak to higher management, possibly Chuck. They will get the job done right.

+ -1 moreOverall I feel they did excellent work. They kept me informed as the work progressed but they were slow to let me know when the job was finished and this may have cost me an extra day car rental. This was a shop that my insurance company preferred I work with.
Description of Work: Repaired damage from rear-end collision--including paint. No visual evidence of repair. One interior plastic panel was loose when I picked my car up and I had to push it back into place.

+ -1 moreTHE AUTO BODY SHOP WAS RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR AS BEING CLOSE AND WAS ON THE APPROVED LIST FOR MY INSURANCE COMPANY SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN WITHOUT TOO MUCH HASSLE AND WERE PROCESSING MANY CLAIMS WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETE. I BELIEVE THEY SUBCONTRACTED OUT THE WORK DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF REPAIRS THEY EXPERIENCED AT THE TIME. I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE SOME PROPERTY TAKEN FROM MY VEHICLE. THEY WERE CLIP ON SUNGLASSES THAT CAME WITH MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES. LAMETTRY WAS VERY UNRESPONSIVE ON THIS ISSUE AND DID NOT AGREE TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT OR PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION FOR THE LOSS. IT WAS A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO SPEND, WHICH INSURANCE PAID MOST EXCEPT MY $500 DEDUCTIBLE AND I THINK THEY COULD HAVE DONE BETTER REGARDING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Description of Work: REPAIR OF HAIL DAMAGE TO MY 2000 HONDA CIVIC USING DENTLESS REPAIR METHODS. THE DAMAGE WAS ACROSS THE HOOD, ROOF AND TRUNK OF THE VEHICLE.
