Be sure to have their telephone representative repeat & confirm your address and contact info. If they indicate the wrong address (as mine did) it's impossible to change it without them cancelling your appt. and rescheduling.

Overall, a great experience. I needed the leaking garbage disposal replaced immediately and they accomplished that for me. If the service representative at their business had more expertise in walking me through the specifications for the best fit, the service would have been five (5) stars across the board.

Did the install as expected in a neat manner. Nice, polite, personable installers.

They did a fantastic job—even took our huge old TV away with them. They hooked our new TV up to Alexa and our universal remote. We were very pleased.

Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Provided everything we needed to complete out project. Will use them for future projects.

Called Home Advisors to get a 48" range hood installed and was handed off to Best Buys Geek Squad. Told they would be here on Monday. Later they rescheduled to Wednesday, so I took the day off to assist with the install. On Wednesday, Marty called to say he was on the way and I said, the operator said you would be sending two guys and he said no, it was only one. I told him it was a large, heavy range hood and would take at least two guys. He said, okay I have two guys and we are on the way. He then called back and asked where I had purchased the range hood and I told him - and he said they only install items purchased from Best Buys, Good Bye. Wasted my entire day. Do not hire Geek Squad unless you purchase from Best Buy.

The install of my microwave went quickly. Less than an hour for the whole job. I think it was a little pricey but it is hard to find a handy man to do the job. Professional and efficient. Will use Geek Squad again.

Terrible experience. I gave them the information about what was needed as well as the dimensions. The call center gave the installing technician the wrong number and apparently didn't give them the information I provided. The technician arrived on time, but didn't have the information and couldn't install the appliance as he didn't know how to do it.

It was a good experience. There was a problem with initial measurement - which was totally my fault. I would suggest they be called in advance to measure before you order any item on line.

Geek Squad group came out to measure, we bought the product at Best Buy then scheduled install... process was smooth.

I was offered different options and even got convinced to get geek squad protection, which also gave me 3 licenses for web protection for a year. Even though I could have had cheaper they got it installed in less than a week.

Geek squad are very good at what they do but they can be a little pricey. The reason I hired them was that someone recommended that I should make sure that I had a certified electrician install my new wall oven. That's why I chose the Geek Squad over a local pro. If it was something else like a refrigerator I probably would have gone local and saved a little money.

So far I'm just getting consultation on installing all of my home audio/ video into new home. So far they have been good as far as customer service.

Customer service rep was Very Rude. The guy never showed up, had to reschedule the appointment twice. I got nothing but excuses from the company, I finally canceled my order after the women I spoke with on the phone threw a temper tantrum and started yelling at me, trying to blame me for the work order being incorrect after I told them several times what I needed done and even prepaid for the service. CUSTOMER BEWARE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Also looked them up on the BBB website and found that I was only one of many with similar complaints about these people.
