I bought a wall oven from Home Depot, not knowing that they will not install wall ovens according to company policy. They said I needed a kitchen contractor. The kitchen contractor I talked to wanted to charge me $2000 for the install on a $500 appliance. Finally, I found out that Best Buy would do it for $159. They arrived early, were friendly and professional, got the job done in about an hour, left their workspace clean, and were also really confused by why Home Depot won't do it, and the other contractor wanted $2000. Home Depot saved the day.

Provided very efficient service in setting up a new computer for me. However, because the computer being replaced was almost nine years old, and there have been lots of changes in software since my previous purchase, I could have used a bit more instructions on basic Outlook features in getting started.

Best Buy sub-contracted to XPO who paid Top Tier Homes Contractors (two brothers) to do the work. The men were 2 hours late. A mishap caused damage to one of the parts of the filter screens of the range hood. We have not heard back from them yet regarding replacement of that part. The men were polite and did keep us posted on the arrival time which was later than the window quoted by Best Buy. Final result of installation was quite satisfactory.

This is almost unbelievable. After waiting days for my install and then the installer telling me they only install products purchased at Best Buy, I return to Home Advisor to find another installer. Once again, I am handed off to Best Buys Geek Squad. I tell the fellow what happened and he says the installer was wrong, they now install items which were not purchased at Best Buy and puts me in the phone circle to reschedule with another Geek Squad installer - after another hour of run around, I am again told Geek Squad only installs items purchased from Best Buy unless you have some major tech support package - so once again, I am without an installer. So she says she is returning me to support services for a refund and I am left on hold forever and the phone recording asks me what I'm calling about. Total insanity. What a major waste of time and do I get my money back - who knows?

Miguel, the installer, was EXTREMELY pleasant to work with. I would only request him to come back if any other appliance breaks down. Very pleased customer!!
