I waited months to have my theater setup from the original installer then I decided to give geek squad a try. They were quuck to schedule an appointment and did a great job.

They defectively installed a defective disposal - leak in the disposal compounded by installation with no seal between the sink (left me with a bucket under the disposal to catch any water from use of the sink - i.e., I could not use the kitchen sink at all...a week before Thanksgiving, with no immediate corrective date in sight) and the disposal. Would not use them again. Had to bring in someone else to replace and correctly install. Would give negative stars if available.

Job was not completed in my eyes. He had to rush out to another job I was told. I was sold upgraded to a $300 wifi system and assured my system would work better.... my TV is worse...lots of freezing...I was told TV and streaming would improve ...did I spend 300 for mothing? Aside from that Tony and Roger are top notch and their service and attitude was 100%. I will relay this message to Avni. Thank you
