The contract install guy was very good - very satisfied with his efforts. The Best Buy crew however needs some help.

Had a great job done at home installed my surround sound system. They did a great job.

The work was timely and done professionally. The installer even suggested a better idea for running cables. They installed the cables through the wall like the electrician do. Great suggestion and great work. I do recommend the Geek Squad for TV installation.

They had to do some additional work to get the oven to fit in the space and got it in perfectly. Cleaned up nicely and were professional.

I hired them to mount a TV in my bedroom for $199. After they did it I realized that it was too high up and it is hurting my neck trying to watch it that high. I called them and asked if they could come back out and just simply lower the TV to a more comfortable position for me and they said they would charge me another $140 to do that after I had already paid $199. Very poor customer service and business practice. I would definitely not recommend them!

David did an excellent job, and showed me something new.

The guy was friendly, answered all my questions, and I was totally satisfied when he left.

Best Buy subcontracted this work to Big D's Appliance Installations LLC. This company is top notch. When they first arrived about two weeks ago, they informed me that the new dishwasher had a few defects; and I should contact my supplier and order a new one. They said they would inform BB of the issue; and they would return at no additional charge. Upon reception of a new replacement appliance, Big D's returned and completed their work on 18 December 2018 in a very professional manner. They removed the 21 year-old appliance and installed the new one with care and concern. They were indeed very customer friendly and provided an excellent final product.

Totally missed the first appointment-no call , and I had to call them to find out why

I originally purchased an over the counter microwave from Home Depot. The installer showed up an hour after the 4 hour window and didn’t have the proper tools for installation. I called geek squad and the installer was nice and professional and showed up on time. And he had all the tools needed for an install. The installation was expensive (almost the price of the microwave). But it’s done. If I purchased through Best Buy, the installation would have been cheaper, but it is as a Black Friday purchase. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad.

They did a good job of mounting my TV on the wall but never suggested hiding the cords. They said, when they left, that all I had to do was plug the sound bar into the wall & I would be set. The sound bar is not hooked up correctly & does not work.

They were very good, and very clean.

Had the Washer, delicate washer add-on and Dryer LG Models installed by Geek Squad. LG Models were top of the Line installed by Geek Squad. After review of the installation, found that all the water lines were hooked up backward. Hot water to the cold connection on both washers and dryer. Cold water to the hot connection on both washers.

Thank you for asking. I was surprised to learn the Geek squad installed appliances so I carefully asked, "Do you install ovens?" I was assured they did and we set up an appt. I paid them up front. They contacted me 5 times to tell me they were coming but the last call, after the appt. time, they told me it would cost more and they couldn't do it that day. I am so unhappy.

Experienced and Professional; arrived at appointed time. The two-person team expertly replaced my dishwasher and over-range microwave in half the time I expected. Afterwards, the leader demonstrated appliance operation; and took all of the boxes and packaging away.

Ron was very professional. He did only have evening appointments which was a little inconvenient. He also had to cancel my first appointment.

Very courteous and knowledge of the work they did for me.
