Adam automated my rental property. He set up and installed my keypad locks and lights. His pricing was competitive, yet the services he provided far exceeded what he charged. Adam is extremely skilled in lock installations and the use of electronics. He is thorough and patient and completely focused on leaving no stone unturned. He also provided step by step instructions to me on the use of each feature he installed. He answered all my questions and provided demonstrations on the use of the equipment, until I knew what I was doing. He is outstanding!

Best buy Advisor Amanda was great. The installers not so much and the coordination of having ALL my appliances delivered on the same day and installed not good at all. Best buy wherehouse people don't talk with Best buy store people and the delivery people are questionable. The appliance store manager is going to make "things right" I believe him. SO, IF it does happen then 5 stars for all excluding the first delivery personnel.

They call the night before to let you know approximate time of arrival the next day. 30 minutes before they get there they call to let you know they are coming. Very nice service

I had a smart thermostat and a Bose system connected to my TV. Two guys should up, took about a half hour and they were great. Answered all questions, set up my phone, remotes,, etc. Well worth the cost.

The installers and product availability were great. Only waited 6 daya for the install. Being the Christmas season I thought that would be an issue. Customer service is dicey waiting on hold for 20 minutes several times, for even the tech who called in because the work order was wrong. Didn't include Installing the mount. After the install they kept calling about our rescheculed visit. It seems their computer systems are in silos. Remember we are dealing with a "tech" store. However ,remember the 2 techs were great and the prooduct very sturdy. sound bar was excellent (bose)

This is the worst experience I've ever had with appliance help. No one could understand what he was telling us, my husband has no idea if anything was done correctly, and he tried to tell us he needed to charge $120 for this and that on top of our installation charge. Awful. Awful.

Best Buy Geek Squad May be good for electronic and computer work but garbage disposal is not their forte. My garbage disposal was installed but I ended up with a leak under my sink. It took me 6 calls to get the problem taken care of. Very stressful process.

Cannot recommend Geek Squad (GS)... one of the worst service experiences ever! I've been burned by GS before and decided to give them another try since I do like Best Buy. We live in a more rural area and have had trouble finding a licensed service person to install our new dishwasher. We were referred to Geek Squad. The original service person that set up the appointment was helpful, and we were able to set up the appointment quickly; although, we did have to pay up front which is different from most service arrangements. Anyway, it really went south from there. We were told that the contracted service agency was going to show up between 12 noon and 6 pm and that we would receive a call the evening before to give a better idea of when we should expect them. We never received a call and subsequently we called Geek Squad to make sure everything was ok. The agent, Crystal, confirmed the appointment and said to call them back if the service agency does not show up by 6 pm. Well, 6 pm rolled around and no show so we called back. The agent that answered this time was slurring her speech and couldn't maintain a conversation or train of thought. We had to repeat our request several times and she eventually transferred us to another agent. The third agent, Brittany, was very pleasant and she called the service agency (XPO?) assigned to our call. After several minutes, Brittany got back on the line after talking with the agency to inform us that the serviceman assigned to our install experienced an issue and they cancelled the call without informing us. We were given the option of waiting for the agency to call us back over the next few days to reschedule or just cancel the request. We, of course, cancelled the service call only to be told that we would have to wait until the following day, log on to the website, and cancel the call ourselves in order to get our refund. Very poor process and incredible lack of communication between Geek Squad, the agency and us. We'll never use Geek Squad again for any service or repair. Giving 1½ stars for Customer Service due to 1 star for original agent and half a star for Brittany. Buyer beware stay away!!!
