They showed up even earlier than expected which was awesome. Two professionals removed my old microwave and installed my new one quickly and efficiently. New microwave looks great. I had no idea that Best Buy offered this service, but seeing them in action I would recommend them to anybody.

Water for dryer steam leaks, not a tight seal.

This was the fourth time I have hired Geek Squad. The first time was for computer work where they sent out an inexperienced man the first and second time and I had to bring in a real professional to make the repair and correct the problems Geek created. This last time I need a simple sound system addition. The first man who cam out did not have a clue what to do and left, but I had already paid up front just like the other situations. The fourth man who came out did the installation, the sound system worked like it should, but when I started it up the next day nothing worked so I am still in need of someone who knows what they are doing. I am out over $600 and am worse off than when this all started. I will never call Geek Squad again

Great professional team!

These guys were very nice. They showed up as promised. The one bad thing was, they do not do a fresh install for a garbage disposal. I did purchase the disposal from Best Buy and am very happy with it. But I had to hire a plumber to actually install. Best Buy was very good and promptly refunded the installation fee.
