It was poor customer service overall, even the management did not try and fix the problem. They wanted me to wait another week before someone could come to my home.

They did a great job. They were the best price and the technician was very friendly.

The reality here is they should not be in the business. Where to start.....First, they did not show up for the scheduled appointment. On the second go around, they showed up with a dishwasher to install, but it was damaged so my wife had to take another half day off work for no reason. Third, they showed up a third time and claimed they could not install and remove the existing dishwasher because there was no counter-top! Yeah that bad!!! And i even called to let them know the counter-top would not be there because we are having work done on it and they said it would be even better and easier for their crew. So, here we are 1 month later and still with no dishwasher because of the tremendously poor customer service. And if that is not enough i wasted hours on the line with their customer service people trying to get new appointments setup. I would not go near these guys!!!!!

The geek Did Not do much of anything, except charge me 250.00 for a service contract to have it fixed and to bring it in to the shop to finish what he started, my computers are Still The Same.

They were very professional.. It was worth the money to have them install the garbage disposal. They were in and out with in a half hour. Job well done. Would Hire them again.

The individuals were very professional and advised me before completing the work: what needed to be done, how long it would take, and even took time to let the dryer run for a short time to make sure it was operating properly. Extremely happy with their installation work.

A little pricey, but came right out and got my stove installed.

Tried to fix the problem with remote log into my PC. Won;t know if that fixed it or something further is required until I see if the problem repeats itself.

The installer came when he said he would, and he did a quick and efficient job. No complaints.

Did not call when he was running late. Being late is okay. Not calling to let me know your're late is a major problem.

You people took my credit card numbers and got geek squad to do the job,then i call geek Squad they didn't have any information about me, i took the day off cause your worker CHAD said that someone would be at my house today...do not charge my card, and i am going to file a complaint with the better business burro

My 2 installers were top notch. They got the job done, they cleaned up afterwards, they explained what they did and they were really nice guys. I highly recommend these guys.
