Andrew. was a great technician! He was knowledgeable, courteous and went right to work when he arrived. He even moved his schedule around to accommodate our schedule since a previous company cancelled at the last minute and we were having a party. He had the microwave installed in less than 30 minutes. He was amazing. Would highly recommend him.

I ordered a whole kitchen suite of appliances through Best Buy's Home Consultation. We met at the store and picked the appropriate appliances. I was reassured that they would fit. I had the specs of the ones that were in the home. This took place March 14, 2018. After one thing or another, they delivered on June 7, 2018, by non-Geek Squad plus, after all the time spent, they did not fit. I have had to make payments as I have been billed. I have no appliances and have asked to cancel. I waited patiently for 90 days for Best Buy to get it right with no resolve. I have talked to about a dozen people overall to no avail. I will not do business with Best Buy again.

Best Buy badly botched installation of garbage disposal, consuming nearly a full day of my time. Of that time, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them trying to find out the status of the installation. After several agents telling me they couldn't find the order, I was told it was "in transit," but they missed two time "windows" totaling six hours. They couldn't even cancel my order so I had to do it through my credit card company.

Best Buy contracts with a third party. There was a misstep on scheduling and after spending a day waiting for them and several phone calls, it had to be rescheduled. When they did show up, their contract with Best Buy did not allow them to complete the install. To date, install is not complete.
