Best Buy let me know exactly when they were arriving and put a pedestal under our front loaderwashing machine. Not an easy task. I contacted Eddyâ s Carpentry first and he never showed up or called.

There was a problem with the wiring. Too costly. Decided to not go forward with the project. Best Buy was so nice and accommodating. I would hire them for any future projects we have.

Be careful with what they quote and what they charge after the work has been completed. They lowball a quote so you use them and after the additional hidden costs you pay more then any other estimates

I picked this pro because I already knew Best Buy and have already heard of the geek squad. even though I have never had any problems with any of pros. Geek squad confimed my order, and kept me updated. The day they came I got another verification. He also updated my appointment time so instead of waiting until 4pm, he arranged to come in the morning He was efficient and neat and finished the installation by himself, in record time. He was great.
