Mike and his crew were excellent and great to work with. Mike is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him to anyone. All work was completed when he said it would be and he was very patient with answering questions and also offered helpful suggestions and ideas. I'll certainly be contacting him for future projects!

We have used this company previously, and especially after using Austin Remodeling a second time, I would never use anyone else for remodeling. Mike Austin is a pro, and his team is experienced, timely and very respectful. The majority of the work was finished before the holidays, as promised, and final touches were finished shortly after, as promised. The final price was a bit higher than the initial plan, but that is to be expected with the projects we added on and higher quality appliances. I also expect to pay more for high quality service, design and craftsmanship. Even though we spent a little more, the final cost was fair. We are extremely happy with the improvements in our home.

Everything went great. I called Austin Remodeling after we had our roof replaced a few years back but had experienced water coming through the roof, down the garage walls and into our home. The original company that had done the roof was now out of business, and we called another company to come find where the roof was leaking. They came and replaced a portion of the roof where they believed the water was coming in. That didn't work. After finding Austin Remodeling, Mike came out, took a look at where the problem was, figured out rather quickly that the problem involved the roof, the siding and the flashing in one particular area that was not done correctly by the original contractor that had replaced the roof and siding after a storm. After he fixed everything, we had two subsequent snowstorms that dumped over six inches of heavy wet snow each time, and not a single drop of water came through the roof!! It has been several months since the repairs, and we have had multiple spring rains and, again, not a single drop of water came through. Mike and his men were here when they said they'd be here. They were very respectful, worked hard, cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.
