Fantastic, my car looks brand new. They were courteous and did an awesome job.

Initially, everyone I spoke with was very professional and friendly. Drop off and pick up went very well. I went over to the car with someone to look at the finished product and it looked great at a glance. Shampooing/carpet cleaning looked great. After going across the street to a nearby store, I was doing something in the back of the car and noticed a big scuff that was still on the door. I thought it was just something they had missed. Upon further inspection, I realized that there were details (big and small) that weren't cleaned at all. Vents weren't wiped on the under sides, radio and heat/ac knobs were still dirty, and numerous other places had obvious scuffs/marks that took only seconds to wipe away. I returned to Willy's and showed the car to someone. He did apologize and said they'd take it back and it would be another 30 minutes. I had a tired, crying baby at that point and said that waiting another 30 minutes wasn't possible. He immediately became defensive and said that he was NOT giving me a $130 refund and went into a tirade, blaming my "trashed" car as the reason for it not being clean (my car was not "trashed," though, I did not bring a clean car to be detailed...). I told him that my understanding, now, is that after paying $130 for a car to be detailed that wasn't "detailed" in the sense at all, and being insulted/blamed for the car not being clean, my only option was to wait another 30 minutes for them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place. He then said he would take one of his guys from another vehicle and he would have it done in 10-15 minutes. He did that, and I left a very unhappy customer. Once I was home, I looked again and saw that the car still had issues (I was not going to spend another minute at Willy's after they "cleaned" it a second time). My experience could not have been much worse and I would not recommend Willy's to anyone. The issue was one that could be easily remedied (a sincere apology, and when I said 30 min wasn't acceptable, then offering 10-15 min instead, and perhaps a coupon for the next service?), but the person clearly did not have an innate knack for conflict resolution, and needs training in customer service. He didn't listen, only defended, and interrupted me, and then asked me if I was going to "let him talk" (over and over, while I was trying to finish the sentence he interrupted in the first place). I couldn't have been more disappointed in paying so much for a poor job and terrible experience.

The car came back as if it were new. It was amazing...

Not so well

The individual I spoke to initially over the phone was very accommodating. I had a unexpected day off, this was my first time ever having this type of service done. I didn't realize usually this is an appointment-based service, they were able to squeeze me in the day I called. I work in a high dust environment in my job and I have two young kids so there's plenty of cereal and crumbs everywhere. The interior of this car had not been cleaned since I purchased it nine years ago, it had been dusted but not cleaned. They had to shampoo it three times which they told me might be a possibility. They gave me an initial quote, they notified me of the pending potential for additional cost due to services needed and let me decide whether that was something I wanted to do. It does not look like it has over 200,000 miles on it, the upholstery is spotless the center consul area is completely mysterious sticky substance free, which I never knew what it was and my cleaning attempts resulted in making the lint from the paper towels stick even though I used a car cleaning product I got from O'Reilly's. I was even told that if there was a residual musty smell due to the complete saturation of the seat upholstery and cushioning foam that I could bring it back in and they would deodorize it no charge. So far extremely happy.

It had been two years since we had our mercedes detailed. With two kids and a dog, our car needed an intensive cleaning inside and out.  Willy's Auto Detail was well worth the price.  We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up late afternoon exactly as discussed.  The person handling our car was very courteous and professional.  We have no problem recommending this place to our friends and family and Angie's List members. Our car looks like it is brand new!

I have used these two brothers many times and they do great work.   Really responsive, reasonably priced and accommodating!.  

Friendly and professional. Scheduling was easy and flexible. They gave me a phone quote without seeing the car, this was nice so I had some clue of the cost before I went there. Then the firmed up the quote when they saw the mess. They did a great job on the upholstery and plastic areas. They didn't completely remove the ceiling stain, but got most of it out. I'm not dropping their grade for that because I think they did the best possible. They quoted me $50, but chafed me less when they couldn't get the ceiling completely clean. The quote seemed very fair and offering the discount was great customer service. They wanted the car to be dry when I picked it up: I envisioned that to mean it might be in their garage with fans blowing on it. Nope. It was sitting in the parking lot running with the front and rear heaters turned on high. That's the only part of the experience that I thought was a bit strange; I didn't like the idea of my car running with keys in ignition in an busy unsecured lot.

Great job! We had both of our vehicles detailed and they look brand new. Reasonable price and quick.

I was able to make an appointment with no trouble at all. They were very courteous from start to finish. The estimate on time was spot on. When I was looking for a place to take my car, I found an offer on crowd cut from someplace I'd never heard of. The crowd cut offer was the same as the regular price at this place. All around a good experience.

They were great for working around our schedule and the changes that we had to make to get all  4 cars detailed. The only thing we saw they could improve on was that the windsheild was really streaky when car lights hit it on the road. it was really hard to see.

It took a little longer than they said it would, I dropped it off at 10am and they said it would be done between 2&3pm. It was done at 4:10pm and not fully dry yet. That is minor in my opinion though as they did an amazing job and we would go back again!

Great job detailing a very dirty car for a reasonable price.  We plan to become regulars.

I was to meet them on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. to do my car.  They never showed up.  I finally left the keys in their mail slot and went home with a second car.  I received a call about an hour later.  They still weren't at the shop yet, but I went through with him the services I wanted performed. 
They were finished with it around 1 p.m.  They did a nice job!  The price was a little wishy/washy - because I didn't buy a "package" deal, he pieced together the services they performed and said how does $145 sound? It was still a little more than I had planned, but still paid the price.

It was great.  They were very professional and nice to work with.   The car looked great when they finished working on.  I was very pleased.

The detailing went very well.  My wife had a liquid spill in her mid-2000's Buick in January, and we didn't want the stain or smell to have a chance to set.  It was a little tough finding a detailer that worked in the winter in the NW metro, but Willy's was, and we brought the car there for a thorough cleaning.  They did a great job, and were very prompt and courteous.  The cost was comparable to what I was seeing on some other web sites.  I woud highly recommend Willy's auto Detail.

I was able to readily schedule an appointment over the phone. They quoted the price in advance. They did a careful job, including the removal of an old decal (at my request) at no additional charge. They were easy to work with. It was done as promised and they asked me to inspect the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied - which I was.

I am meticulous about the inside of my car and he provided absolutely excellent service. He had my car for half a day and charged me 90 bucks.
