United has always been able to solve our car issues quickly and are always reasonably priced. Karl always explains everything that was done with your car. I get the feeling you couldn't stop him from telling you about it if you tried. I've found them to be very friendly and trustworthy. We even brought in my wife's car once to diagnose an issue we were pretty sure was under warranty before bringing it to the dealership. The $40 (or whatever it was) in labor was well worth it to us since we do not trust the dealership's service department. We were then able to go to the dealership knowing exactly what the issue was and got it covered by the warranty.

They have done many different things for our cars and they always troubleshoot everything very quickly and give you a firm estimate. They always are incredibly accurate with estimates, and they call you at once if there are any issues. They once called me right after finding that they needed to do other work when I got my brakes changed. They also have a 24/7 tow service. They have been perfect for my entire family.

They charged $75 for the last service. I like the fact that they always explain what they are going to do. If there is more than one option of what could be done, they will tell me that too. I always feel like I can trust what they are telling me and they are not going to do more than what is needed to fix the car. I can usually get in the same day and in worst cases, it will be the day after I call. They can usually get me in right away. I usually drop the car off. Then they fix it and call me when it's done since I live pretty close to their shop. So, it's never really an issue. I have always been happy with their prices, their service and their professionalism.

I'm always able to get my car in quickly. The guys at United Automotive are always very helpful and take the time to explain why repairs are needed. I've used them for many repairs in the last two years. Their prices are usually much cheaper than the Honda dealer. I did have an issue with an oil leak after the timing belt and water pump were replaced. I think I took it in about four times before the actual source of the leak was repaired. This was an inconvenience, but luckily this wasn't a car we drove every day. They didn't charge me for any of the return trips to find the leak and they were very apologetic about the issue. Every company will have issues, but the true test is how they resolve those issues and I'd give United Automotive an "A" on this.
