Mr Harrison was able to come the very next day. He was extremely nice and also very professional, explaining what needed to be done. We found the price for his service call very reasonable. We had a little problem fixed in no time!

Excellent work, a little pricey but no complains

Did a great job at a price substantially less than other estimates, went over options for florescent replacement and determined that conversion to LED could be done at lower cost than installing new LED fixtures, installed a fixture as part of oackage, not a ad-on. Easily installed another fixtures as part of project. Did not try to sell services I didn't need.

Hmm, the survey asks me to evaluate services I have not yet been provided...so far it is OK but waits until they actually provide installation.

Great job and friendly

The electrician, Chris, was professional, polite, punctual, & personable. He was knowledgeable, confident, and honest. He listened to our wants & needs instead of trying to upsell. He did an excellent job; we are very pleased with the results. Also, he had an apprentice with him that seemed to be following in his footsteps. That's an encouraging sign for the business and it's future. We highly recommend!! Thank you.

Joel provided great service. It was a small project, but he took the time to explain my options on how far I wanted to go with my needs. I paid for the service call and an hour to complete the disconnect of old wiring and testing of another circuit and ceiling light fixed in place. He explained the new electrical codes to be followed if I wanted to add a new outlet.

Kevin was very easy to work with and explained his process and findings and resolved the problem we needed fixed and he pointed out some other issues that he thought we should be aware about regarding some routine maintenance issues. I need to add that I did have some questions in mind about estimates and costs, but must admit I have no basis for comparison at this time.

Home Advisor recommended our job would be less than $400. Harrison Electric charged us $1,094. They did the work end of September. After I contacted them by phone and by email numerous times during October to discuss the cost as the electrician seemed a bit unclear about pricing. All we wanted was a breakdown of their bill by labor, material, etc. My wife also called in November getting no return phone call. No customer service whatsoever. We would never use Harrison Electric or recommend them.

Quick, easy, and kind

We were hoping to have outlets moved. They were easy to schedule with and even called to see if they could come early. They told us our options, but also explained why they didn’t think we’d be happy with the result because of how the wiring was in the wall. We decided not to move forward, but they still gave us the estimate, and they also waived the trip fee, so there was no cost to us. I would definitely hire them for future electrical work.
