I thought Twin Cities did an excellent job cleaning my windows. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of work done. The crew was very professional and friendly. I didn’t have any issues with them at all. I used to own a window cleaning business so I know how hard my windows are to clean. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Steve, from Twin City Window Cleaning LLC, was on time and very efficient. The cost was actually less than the bid amount.

Responded within 4 hours to my request for a quote. Received a call the night before our scheduled cleaning appt. to let me know he would be late due to an equipment malfunction. Arrived at the resheduled appt time. Did nice work, didn't leave a trace. However, he forget to clean my egress windows - because he didn't review the quote. While he offered to do the missed windows, he had already packed up to leave so we passed and had him take that work off the bill.

Twin City Windows cleaned all of my windows inside and out. He was there on time. The windows have never looked as clean as they do now. I highly recommend this company both for quality and price. I will definitely hire him again.

Called Steven at Twin City Window Cleaning. He was very responsive. Came by within a day or two to estimate the job. Showed up on the appointed day and time to do the work. Very professional - clean, speedy, and pleasant. Our windows never looked better. Highly recommend this company.

From the initial phone call, the entire job went perfectly. Steve answered his phone in person, promptly came out to our home to give us a bid, and scheduled the date of the job. Upon completion three of our neighbors asked for his number. Job well done!

Steven came to WORK...and that is what he did. He cleaned all the exterior windows as requested. He went about his business and asked for nothing. He even refused water, saying he brought all he needed. I find him to be efficient, thorough, delivers what he promises and sticks to his estimate. He is completely professional, very bright, energetic, polite and pleasant. He follows through, calls his clients, and it has been a pleasure to do business with him. I feel this young man can probably do anything well that he chooses to do.
