The only reason they get 5 stars is because it’s the average of Paul and Tony getting none and Nate getting 10. The Paul and Tony show tried to sell me a $1600 toilet. Wanted to scope my drain chip up my floor for fake water damage and to replace the flange! They then called Nate who came and fixed the issue in less than an hour. I can only assume if he would have been here first the bill would have been $500 less without the clown show!

Description of Work: Jeff showed up to do some general plumbing repairs on my home (shutoff valves, repair a leak in a copper line, etc) and before he even told me what work he would be doing and how much each step would cost, he was already doing it. I didn't have much time to stop him either; Two compression valves and a supply line, $30 of parts, took him about 15 minutes and cost me over $230. The copper repair was done well. When this work was completed, I asked for a well written estimate for a few more repairs (silly me), and he just scribbled some notes on my invoice and left.

Description of Work: The water pipes had been making noises like water going on and off without touching any faucet. I finally figured out that it was the toilet. Shortly after that the toilet tank drained almost completely and wouldn't refill. I called Quality Plumbing (before hours) and they had someone out a little before 8:00a.m. He looked, fixed the intake valve and everything seemed okay. Later I discovered it was dripping so I called again. They sent Time back and he found the flapper needed replacement. They apologized for missing it the first time, did the work and did not charge, not even for the flapper. I was particularly pleased that they responded quickly, apologized and did not automatically blame me as so many businesses do these days. I'm sorry I don't remember the cost but it was quite reasonable.
