Description of Work: Two yrs ago Northwest installed phase 1 of my irrigation system. I have a lge yard and could not afford the entire yard, but I was told they would honor their price for phase 2 if I had it done within 2 yrs. However, I was forced to pay $500 more than the original bid for phase 2 because I was told phase 2 did not include my gardens or my side yard! Clearly phase 2 included everything that was not done in phase 1 (which incidentally did include gardens.) I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a widow of a certain age. This was dishonest!

Description of Work: Northwest Landscape has been servicing our lawn irrigation system since we moved into our home 8 years ago, turning on and adjusting our sprinklers and making any necessary repairs each spring and blowing out our lines each fall. They are always great to work with in scheduling service and are prompt and professional when they arrive.

Description of Work: I use Northwest Landscape for my irrigation system. They always start it up in the spring, fix broken sprinkler heads when needed, and they winterize the system in the fall. They have always done excellent work for me, including the rerouting of my system a number of years ago needed when I extended my patio. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Estimate only. Estimator really didn't know how to add two zones to an existing system. Presented all kinds of alternatives, but on a shaky, recommended solution. Don't know how he came up with an estimate in the midst of that confusion. Found out later that he overlooked several practical approaches that underscored his lack of experience. Estimate was not what I understood we agreed to. When I called the office requesting clarification, I never got a response. That estimators from different companies had no similar difficulty, tells me that the problem was the estimator and the company.
