AULDS COMMUNICATIONS

We hired them to install a HDMI connection and a cat6 cable between a wall mounted TV and a floor box in a meeting room before a very important week long meeting. They did show up on the agreed time and decided that the exciting conduits were not going to fit an hdmi cable and had to be substituted with 2 ethernet cables and an adapter instead. They didn't test the connection before they left that day and the connection didn't work when we tried it during one of our meetings. After coming a second time to investigate and a third to replace the adapter, there was still no luck getting it to work. A week after, we were told we need to replace the adapter that they provided with a higher quality one and that it would cost 150$ extra for labor as well as 200$ for the new part. We then refused any additional services from them as they made us waste enough time and money. To be fair, the technician did offer to come very early in the morning before work starts and he was very eager to try and fix it but, I am very questionable of their business practices.
