Description of Work: Someone came, assessed the problem, applied bait where necessary. Returned in two weeks to assess, applied more bait. Within a week after that the problem was solved. They were courteous, efficient and professional. Most importantly, they eliminated the issue.

Description of Work: I discovered a big nest of carpenter ants, so called providers I found on Angies List. Paffy's was the only A list provider who was available right away (next day). Nice guy and also had helpful advice for other pests I mentioned to him. And the advice was home remedies, not his service, so I appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: Sprayed trees and all wood Surfaces, left traps. As they predicted the ants were gone in 3 to 4 weeks. We are, at this time, we are ant free.

They have completed the job the first time they were out for the issue. There was not a need to recall them. They were punctual and professional. We will continue to use them for any and all pest control issues in the entire complex.

Description of Work: Paffy's Pest Control is a very professional company. After, I sent them my initial communication (via email), they were prompt in contact me. I had a conversation via phone to set up the appointment and it went very well. On the day that the service was to be performed, I received a call early in the day to reschedule, as it was raining and it would have been a waist of money to have the outdoor spraying performed that day. So, I rescheduled for two days later. They called to confirm that I was home on the day of the service. One of the employees took care of the outside and the other handled the inside; both provided plenty of information about safety around the chemicals and what they were spraying for. I plan on using them again later this summer and again in the fall. I have nothing but high marks for their work and their customer service.

Description of Work: The Big Deal I purchased was for preventative interior and exterior pest treatment. When Paffy's called me to set up an appointment they told me they don't do interior preventative pest treatment unless you have an infestation. The person I spoke to expressed frustration with Angie's List, implying the deal shouldn't have included the interior treatment and he basically refused to do the interior treatment. If interior treatment shouldn't be done unless you have an infestation of some kind (I did not), I understand, but I wouldn't have paid $89 for exterior treatment only. I felt mislead. Clearly there was some kind of communication error between Angie's List and Paffy's Pest Control but I won't be using this vendor again.
