Description of Work: I discovered mice at the the same this provider had a deal - they came quickly - the young man was professional, observant - set bait in strategic places and discovered the entry places of the rodents and plugged them. He followed up today and I am confident that my home is mouse free. He instilled confidence on his first visit and greatly lessened my anxiety! I would use this service again and will recommend them to others. No talk of long term contracts - he simply fixed the problem.

Description of Work: I contacted them to exterminate in my townhouse for wasps & bees. I thought that they might be coming through the air vents. I was not aware of where the nest could be, but I had checked the roof already. I asked them to check the chimney and the attic. He wanted to come back another day to spray. I had to encourage him to spray today for the service I had already paid for. He said it was too hot to go into the attic and I encouraged him by getting my latter. I got him to at least look in the attic and he sprayed from the entrance without actually going in. He would not look downstairs or into my vents any further. They did spray the outside of the townhouse. After he sprayed, over the next month, I did have a few Bees crawling out of the vent. They were dying. I also had a few live wasps.

Description of Work: they checked the places most likely to be infected and left bait traps in areas throughout the house.

Description of Work: They treated for a hornet's nest on the roof and sprayed the perimeter of the house, garage and detached studio. We had treated the hornet nest ourselves several times without success. One treatment from Paffy's wiped them out.

Description of Work: We had about 4 to 5 beehives around our house and there were bees attracted to one of our trees. The guy sprayed the trees and all around our house as well as removed all of the beehives. The only issue I had was he didn't come until the end of the hour. He said he lost track of time at the other appointment he was at. However, all bees seem to be gone and we are happy with that. The guy apologized for being late and he was very professional otherwise. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Found one dead mouse after procedure. Have them come back a month later under the warranty to check again. Things went well.

Description of Work: Diagnosed what type of bugs I had in the house. Doctor thought it was bed bugs, but Carl of Paffy's found no evidence of them; just carpet beetles. Paffy's general manager attempted initial diagnosis with pictures he had me email. On site I was given thorough advice on what I needed to do to take care of my bug problems.
