Description of Work: We first purchased the Angie's list coupon for exterior service and we were really impressed with their service and professionalism. We then had problems with swallows building nests and couldn't get rid of them so we contacted Paffy's and they immediately resolved our problems and we were happy to sign a yearly contract with them:-) Duane is wonderful to work with:-)

Description of Work: Sprayed for ants. I used to have an ant problem every spring until I started using Pfaffy's. That took care of it. No more ants. Plus, it's a family-run business and they are all nice to deal with.

Description of Work: We bought a townhouse rental that had mice. They found their entry point at the neighbors unit and sealed it for and then put traps to make sure we got everything. They did a great job.

Description of Work: We had been having a problem with mice getting into our town house. Paffy was supposed to mouse proof our house. The first guy they sent did a quick and poor job that didn't even slow down the mice. The second guy they sent spent much more time and stopped most of the mice, but we still got a couple mice inside over the winter. The situation is complicated because we share 2 long common walls with other units, but they don't seem to get the mice inside. I have my own traps that seem to catch the mice as soon as they come in. I don't recall the exact service dates but they were fall 2015.

Description of Work: A two-visit Mouse exclusion service was purchased. I was not present for their first visit, but on the second follow-up visit, a different person came out and he found what we think was probably the primary point of entrance for the mice. He did block it and we have not seen any mice since. He also found many bait stations we had from a previous provider that the first servicer missed/did not fill. So overall, we are happy with the service they provided. The only negative was that we had a 5:00 p.m. appointment but they called that day to say that they'd like to come earlier. We explained that we could not get home earlier and the guy was waiting when I got home at 5:00. I felt bad he had to wait, but he seemed irritated. We were on time for the appointment we had set.

Description of Work: Annual pest prevention program. Very thorough and personalized service. My girlfriend referred them to me since they have kept her place spider-free, which as more than she could say for my prior provider.

Description of Work: We wanted them to tell us if we had a rodent problem. Renters had reported some problems and we wanted it confirmed and handled. I was told at the 1st appointment that they would spread bait, then come back and see how bad the problem was. Person who came back for 2nd appointment wasn't the same as the 1st. Since he didn't know where the 1st person had left the bait, he told me he didn't know if we had a problem. He left 1 bait trap with me and told me to call them back if there was a problem. In other words, I had hired them to tell me if there was a problem, but some how that now became my responsibility. A total waste of money.
