Paffy's Pest Control is family owned and operated local pest control company. We provide residents of the St Paul, Minneapolis, and surrounding suburbs with a complete range of pest-control and extermination services. Calm, knowledge and prepared are how I describe Paffy’s. The person who answers the phones is always helpful and has solutions to what a customer is looking for. The serviceman always arrives in the time window, listens and knows how to solve your issues, and has supplies on hand to finish the job in one appointment. I am extremely satisfied with the entirety of Paffy’s Pest Control.

Jay showed up during the scheduled time. Got rid if the problem insects. He then came back a week later and removed the nest from the eve.
Description of Work: Sprayed and removed a large hornets nest under our house eve and got rid of a yellow jacket problem for us.

The technician they had do the service called prior to coming out and was actually early for the appointment which was nice. He was wearing PPE the entire time so I did not have to worry about COVID-19 being spread into my home. He answered every question that I had and was very friendly.

Awesome service! 2nd time I've used Paffy's. They were prompt, courteous, clearly outlined the work, efficient, friendly. Sprayed outside of house for ants and wasps. Sprayed and applied gel to get rid of ants coming into kitchen and bathroom areas. And it worked! No more ants within 2 days of treatment. $300

The mice have not yet been controlled. The job is ongoing. The technician made a second visit and made some changes in the approach. He will return in 3 weeks to see if things have improved.

Inspection went fine. They were good at scheduling. The inspection report sent was a picture taken with a phone and I requested a scanned copy but never received one. The phone picture worked but a scanned copy would have been easier to read. Overall, I'd use them again if needed.

After spending 3 months away from home in the winter, we came back to a mice infestation. The technician came out and spent a lot of time around the exterior of the home plugging holes. He then came inside to set-up some bait stations. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Excellent service.

Compared to a service we used at our previous home, I didn't think the efforts for prevention in looking for potential entry points, etc. was very extensive. Otherwise service was friendly and sufficient.
