PAFFY'S PEST CONTROL

Put out traps and poison. Then searched the foundation to find the point of entry. Found and plugged. Returned in 2 weeks for a follow-up. No mice found.

We never saw another ant. Then it was fall. We will see what happens in the spring

Horrible experience. We called on a Sunday and he did answer which was a positive thing. When he came to the house he really didn't have a customer demeanor. Didn't seem like he was listening to us. We told him we had dead mice in the house. He looked around to check things out. He had set some traps before leaving. He told us he would contact us to come back out. He did try and sell us a contract for regular service.

He didn't end up charging me, and it went very well. If I need them in the future I would call them again.

That service turned out good. One employee came out and since then the carpenter ants are dead. He did the service well.

The first time Paffy's came out and sprayed, it rained a few days later, and so it didn't completely take care of the problem. I called them back and they said, "no problem," that the service was guaranteed for up to six months. So they came back during nicer weather, resprayed, and it took care of the problem. The ants are completely gone. I would definitely call them again. In fact, my plan is to start doing regular maintenance. I never want to an ant in my house again.

They arrived on time, were very thorough and guaranteed their work for three months. A recurrence within that time would be treated for free.

The provider contacted us very quickly after purchase. They arrived on time and went right to work on the outside of the house. There were several carpenter ants invading a tree in the front yard and they took care of that issue. The basement was sprayed (mainly because of spiders) and we have not seen any more since just a few days after the service. The person who did the work did tell us to give it a week and then we should not notice any more insects. So far we have had no more issues with ants or spiders.

Very well. Very personable and efficient representative. Did a great job. Would recommend and use again.

The tech showed up on time and removed the hive.

When they came he put down some baits (just like the ones I had out down) and didn't know anything about the chipmunks and didn't have any traps. He sprayed around the house and said they'd be back. Well no word so I called again and was told that they would be back out and part of my plan was to power wash the house to get rid of spider webs. He came and put down traps but nothing else was done. Called again and was told they would do the web removal. Well weeks later the boxes are moving so I know there are animals in the traps. I called to find out when they empty them was told they would be out next day between 10-noon. And they do the spider web removal. They never showed up. Called again, they will be out later. They did come and empty traps but I couldn't see where they had removed webs, I would never have purchased the maintenance plan if I had known how the service was going to be. I am hoping it gets better

The company was hard to reach on the phone. We had purchased a deal coupon so they may have been a bit overwhelmed. In any case, they finally came out and sprayed the outside of the house for bugs, despite the fact that the coupon said INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR. So we kind of felt like they short changed us based on what we had purchased. We still see bugs at the same rate as before the treatment. So frankly, I felt like it was money down the drain. I certainly would not use this service again.

I rated quality as N/A because I have no way of knowing yet whether the spray worked.

Purchased in April, but had Paffy's postpone until after painting done in June. Contacted them then, arrived at scheduled time, sprayed as directed, took about 15-20 minutes. Signed off. This time of year not that buggy, but did observe dead ants around patio. May consider a Fall application.

Great. After (3) weeks we have not seen (1) ant.

They were very prompt in getting back to me which is huge for me. They came out the same day I called and followed up with a thank you card. Would use them again.

Per the summary sheet left with me by the provider, the house was given a complete once over to ensure bugs and rodents would not come into the house. Maybe this service needs to be repeated to ensure effectiveness, because we have ants in the kitchen and chipmunks have taken up residence under our garage. I'd like to think it could have been worse had we not had this work done. The provider completed his job in about 20 minutes.

So far, I haven't had any pests, so it must be working. I think it was a good price. I notified them in March and they came out in May. March was too early in the season to start that. They came out in good time, in May, at the beginning of pest season.

I purchased the Big Deal for exterior/interior pest treatment. Duane sprayed around my house for ants. All was great, then 2 weeks later there was a massive cornfield ant invasion in my kitchen. Duane was quick to send out a tech to bait the ants - within a half day of this visit the ants were GONE. I learned that cornfield ants live in the walls of the house, and that the initial treatment wouldn't have stopped them. I'm happy. Duane and his team are awesome.

My mom was in a bit of an understandable panic so she called me and my husband to help. Seeing how well they were reviewed on Angie's List, we called Paffy's. Duane, the owner, promptly sent Justin over once we could determine the location of both bats. He was able to capture one of them, but the other relocated to another spot in my parents' home. They used care and professionalism throughout the entire process and charged an extremely fair price. At no additional charge, they even offered to come out within a reasonable time period to capture the second bat once its location could be determined. Justin even walked around the entire perimeter of my parents' home to determine possible entrance points and directed their attention to a very small opening in their soffit. We were very impressed with every aspect of this service experience.

Appears to be working properly at this time. We'll see how long this application lasts.

I initially purchased a special for $89 just for interior work, but after letting them know about our ant problem in the yard he suggested we sign up for the three season service plan. They came out for the first treatment and they worked quickly and efficiently. They said that they would be back out sometime in July but that if we needed anything else to call and they would come out. It has only been a couple weeks but we still have ants in our yard so I'm going to give them a call to come back out for the yard before it turns into one giant ant hill!

Paffy's was very proactive with scheduling calling us after purchasing the deal and letting us know when the best time (weather wise) to treat the house was. When they showed up they were very professional and respectful. They did a great job, explained how the pesticide worked and did a thorough job. So far the treatment has completely worked... no spiders in the basement or ants on the house.
