They did a fantastic job with locating the problem, resolving it and even providing suggestions on how to prevent it in the future. The job previous to mine was running late and they called to inform me of the timing issue.

Marty came out on a Sunday evening for an emergency call. He quickly identified the problem and how to fix it. He was very pleasant and courteous and kept me informed as to what he was doing. He was also very careful about not getting the carpet in the basement dirty as he moved his equipment in and out of the house. He showed up a little later than he said he would, but this was completely understandable-he needed to finish the work he was doing at another customer's house. I was very happy we were able to get the work done on an emergency basis. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely use SOS Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Marty again.

They came out right away, which was great since you can't live with a clogged sink especially when you have kids. The price was reasonable, and told me ahead of time what it would cost. They did a quick job. They were very clean and didn't leave any kind of mess.

This company was actually recommended by the plumbing company we like. When I called SOS I was impressed with how quickly we could schedule an appointment. When I mentioned that we also used Angie's List, I was quoted the discounted price immediately. They did a great job; I would absolutely call them again, should the need arise.

Very professional called 3 times to let me know when they would arrive. Arrived on time and completed job very rapidly.

Just like last time, they were prompt, courteous, super efficient, cleaned up after themselves, leaving me with no mess. Prices seem to be fair, but I don't comparison shop any more.

They came right on time. Told us exactly what they were doing. They told us why the clog had happened and recommended ways to avoid it in the future.

My laundry room drain was plugged and my kitchen drain above it seemed intermittently plugged, related to this. I called SOS, someone was in the area and came right out. The main sewer line was the chief problem. Brad took care of it all.

Scheduled service appt. same day. They gave me approximately 20 minutes to meet them at the house which was sufficient for me to get home from work. Man was courteous, fast and neat. He cleaned up after himself, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I let him know I needed to be back at work at a certain time otherwise he would have to finish up without me and lock up the house. He worked quickly and was complete with the job in time for me to get back to work. If it had taken longer, I would have felt totally comfortable leaving him to lock up.

They are very promote on getting there. I had the same guy both times they came over. He is very smart. He was very helpful when he was there working. He was very friendly too.

Brad called to inform me that he was on his way, and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. He arrived within that time frame. He surveyed the issue, and even helped me move all of the stuff in my storage room, in order to gain access to the main sewer feeder access panel. Brad then cleaned out the line from the house to the street. He also cleaned the line from the laundry room to the main feeder panel. He was extremely courteous and professional. He even cleaned up all of the newspapers that he had used to protect my flooring. I am extremely impressed, and highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I've used SOS and I would definitely use them again. Marty, the SOS representative that I've used twice, kept me informed about what he was seeing and was sure to ask me before he did anything that would result in additional charges or time. I really appreciated the fact he fixed a few things along the way that he noticed were wrong, such as the sink drain stopper and the leaky bathtub pipes in the basement. Marty was on time, courteous and professional. Best of all, he got the job done right. Ask for him!!

This was a good experience. Their communication was good. They showed up on time and explained what they were doing. Their service was better than normal. I would definitely use them again.

Returned phone call promptly, scheduled work for within a couple days, called before he came, arrived right on time, did the work fast, cleaned up thoroughly...was friendly and very professional throughout. It went very well. He was on time, came early in the A.M. A choice we like having so we don't have to miss much work. He keeps the area clean. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

I called SOS as my bathtub had stopped draining. They were out a few months ago and did an excellent job so I called them again. They came out and used a vacuuming this time to make sure that they did not push the object further into the drain. Seems my grandson had stuck a toy and a suction cup in there and they were able to get them out and it works great.

I am a delighted customer, and will recommend SOS. I think it was good service for the money. Gave me Angie's list discount just by mentioning it.

Called on Tuesday afternoon when sewer backed up and received an estimate as of 10:00 AM Wednesday. Randy called at 9:00 AM to verify address. Arrived at 9:45 AM. Randy was friendly and competent. He hefted his big machine around, did the job, and left no mess. He verified that the sewer was working again and gave the Angie's List discount. A pleasant resolution to a messy situation.

Great. Respectful, punctual, called before coming to the worksite, finished promptly, and took payment over the phone.

Tech was very prompt, polite and respectful of property. Would recommend to anyone in the future, gave Angie's list discount 10%.

They did a good job last year so we called them back. They are professional and very polite. They were helpful in talking about how things should be working. They were a little late but called and let me know ahead of time. We will call them again if we need them.

I scheduled an appointment that worked for the renter and SOS. I forgot to give SOS a phone number for the tenant and SOS did not ask for it. They tried to call ME before they went to the rental but I was in a meeting. The tenant waited for about 2 hours and then called me to let me know they didn't show up. It was then that I also got SOS's message. SOS's answering service transmits all the information about the call including the address, what the problem is, and contact information. However, SOS said they cannot receive all the information on their system. After I gave the answering service the information, I had to repeat it to the representative from SOS and repeat some of the information a third time to the actual technician who was to do the work. Not a huge deal-just a couple extra phone calls and some time. Maybe SOS could streamline their system to eliminate the extra steps. Love the Angie's List discount. I got drains at 2 different locations cleaned for the price of just a service call with the other guys.

We originally called Randy Lane and Sons (name from Angie's List) but they were busy and recommended SOS (also said it would be less expensive). We booked an appointment and the guy said he would be out at our house at 8am. That day, 8am came and went and finally my husband called. He said maybe more than 9am. When 9am came and went, my husband called again and he said more like 10am. He couldn't wait any longer and they decided to reschedule. It was originally supposed to be the first appointment of the day. My husband re-scheduled and this time the plumber did arrive, albeit 30 minutes after the agreed upon time (this time 830a but arrived at 9a). Randy was able to retrieve the blackberry out of the toilet. We would probably not use this company again just because we do not appreciate the run-around. If you say, 830am, then arrive at 830am or at least call and give the right time. They did not originally quote us a range of times, like the cable company does.

It went great. They were able to take care of it while was gone.
