The planning went very well. Matt listened to all my likes and looked over pictures of ideas I liked. He freely offered suggestions in a very laid back and non-pushy way. He drew up a sketch, we reviewed it, made changes, then solidified plans. He started the project about 2 weeks behind schedule, but once he started he stayed with the job until it was completed. He and his workers were respectful and easy to get along with. They took pains to protect the property they needed to drive over with their equipment and to repair any lawn damage that occurred incidentally. He added a few touches that were above and beyond such as the addition of 2 lovely decorative bird feeders, and came by when we were out of town to water the spots the sprinklers didn't reach. We are delighted with the outcome!
