Description of Work: They replaced the section of pipe (and at my request changed the shut off valves with levers at my request) & explained why the leak developed. The person was ahead of schedule and called to see if it was okay to come early. He was very professional. The leak was an emergency situation right before the holidays.

Description of Work: They did quickly come to my place and did an inspection and left a water testing vial but after I delivered the sample to them they never returned the results, though they did not charge me either.

Description of Work: They responded immediately via email, asked a few questions about the service needed, and set up a convenient appointment. Todd, the service person, came out as scheduled and did a short-term repair on what is clearly a more extensive problem (requiring wall repair and new tile in the bathroom). His work was outstanding! He showed me the problem, explained it very clearly, showed me how he repaired it (thorough re-caulking around the shower fixtures as an immediate fix), and gave me good advice/recommendations for a more permanent solution. He also did a small task (replacing a water filter in the kitchen) and advised me about the overflow valve on my water heater. What a great guy! I would have no hesitation about using him (and this company) again. Absolutely first rate service!
