It was good. They misjudged the work in the beginning, when they were doing the estimate. So it turned that there was a lot of extra work to be done. I paid about $500 additional for that.

My only problem with the service was that the plumber did not make it out for the first appointment and nobody called to inform me. I called and rescheduled the appointment to another day - first thing in the morning. The plumber was on time and the service inspection went fine. I was disappointed to hear that the fixture could not be repaired right off, but I understood that the plumber did not carry parts for my faucet.

He was fantastic. Because we had the groupon I expected him to take his time on everything. Instead, he zipped through everything and helped us with a lot of things that would have cost us a lot more to have fixed later! We ran out of things to have him look at! He was thorough, kind, and willing to do many things in the alloted time. I would recommend him to anyone and would certainly have him back if needed in the future

He capped off the old water pipe that had been accidentaly turn on by us and had leaked water into the garage. He looked at the toilet that we were having problems with and made recommendations. We called them and they are coming back today to fix another problem.

Mark came at the time he said he would, checked the toilets and fixed the problem - which was that they were set up to use minimal water, and they needed to use more in order to flush effectively.

Domonic, arrived a little bit late, but Westman Plumbing called and let me know that he would be about 30 minutes late an hour ahead of time. My room mate was there to lt him in. Turned out that I got the wrong sized plumbing (turns out that 1/2and quot; is not code, needs to b 3/4and quot;. I also said that I would provide the needed fixtures, so the wrong size was my fault.) He called and told me about having the wrong size, and gave me a quote for what he could supply. I agreed with the quote being that it was of better quality and not very much more money. He installed everything correctly; and it was trickey getting the angle because of the rim joice and the duct work that were in the way, he seemed to have no problem at all. Acted very professional and curious. He also gave me a quote on an additional project, which was very reasonable. I plan on having them do that job too, as soon as I can afford it.

NO PROBLEMS. MY 38 YEAR OLD LAUNDRY TUB WAS BROKEN AND FALLING APART. IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY CAME ON TIME AND HAD ALL THE NEEDED PARTS WITH THEM. THEY DID THE WORK IN THE TIME THAT THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE AND FOR THE PRICE QUOTED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I'M SURE I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

I had the service man remove an inoperable garbage disposal and install a frost-free outdoor faucet and the indoor turnoff. He knew what he was doing and was very professional even though the garbage disposal turned out to be a nightmare to remove.

Wwhen we called, they responded within a day. The men (there were two calls)were courteous and professional. Their charges were reasonable.

Had a great experience overall. Good service. Would call them again if an issue arises.

I was told he would be there by 9, and sure enough, he was. Everything was replaced quickly and efficiently, with any mess cleaned up. The new fixtures are beautiful, modern, and best of all, work. I now have two working bathrooms and the people living below me don't have to listen to water running. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needed plumbing work done.

Toilet tank sprung a leak where tank was bolted to toilet. Technician Todd arrived same day, at approximate time estimated. As requested, he phoned ahead to let me knowhe was on his way. Todd replaced bolts and gaskets which attach tank to toilet. He cautioned me that there might be a hairlilne crack in the tank, but so far the repair has held. I'm happy that Westman Plumbing was able to schedule me the same day that I phoned. Nice work.

Additionally their prices for purchasing and installing new fixtures was less than the cost at which I could purchase the same fixtures from Home Depot. All the work was completed faster than the guaranteed time line and inspected timely and I was quickly able to move back into my home from a hotel during the remainder of the remodeling work. all the work is still in perfect condition 6 years later. I have recommended Westman Plumbing to many friends and co-workers.

I stripped the threads on an older sill c***. Plumber was on site within an hour of the call and replaced the sillcock in less than an hour, showing me how to install an access panel in the sheetrock, as well as what I needed to know about draining in the winter.

I needed a quote for a plumbing repair in order to get it approved as part of a real estate transaction. Angie was very accommodating and was willing to work with me to get what I needed. Once the repair was approved, Westman was very prompt in getting the repair completed and the price was lower than another company close by. They also accept credit cards which the other company wouldn't. I will use Westman again for my plumbing needs.

Left a call after hours on a Thursday. Got a call back that night. even though non-emergency. Easy to schedule for early the next morning Work was done efficiently and at a rate much better than competition. The work seems well done!

The repair ended up to be a little more complicated than we originally thought so the bill was more than we had anticipated. Dominic had to replace a few parts in the toilet. The pipes are no longer rattling and the toilet is no longer running. Everything is working fine now.

It went very well. Very punctual, always polite. Dominic got things fixed quickly, and in the case of the sink, he located the problem and gave me some suggestions on fixing it.

We had actually met Angie from Westman at a home improvement show in Burnsville and discussed some older plumbing we had and needed to upgrade. They did an excellent job of working with the old plumbing and running the new for our sprinkler system.

They were knowledgeable, and the work was quality work. They were also on time, and the worker who came out was very personable. We had the worker come back for some more work. I would use them again, and have already.

The owner was responsive to my phone inquiry and easy to schedule with. However, the worker was a half hour late to the first appointment in the morning. I called to say I was leaving to work and that the worker hadn't shown up when he arrived. He did not apologize, just made an excuse (nor had he called me to say he was going to be late). The owner didn't call me back either though I'd left a message. The service was otherwise fine, but the lack of professionalism and the inconvenience would keep me from using this service again.

The person from Westman Plumbing arrived on time and without asking Removed his shoes which was good to see. The work took a little less time than they told me it would. The person from Westman was very friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the work and I would hire them again.
