Service provider was very polite to work with, but unfortunately does not offer the service I needed.

Todd was fantastic! Model of professionalism, and a fast worker. I also appreciate how quickly Westman Plumbing responded to my purchase and how fast they were able to send someone out. I'm over the moon happy!

It was great. He went about his work, told me what he was going to be doing, and then went over with me everything he did. The $200 that was the Angie's special, plus $70 for materials, did it. I was extremely pleased and will definitely call Westman Plumbing for any future service I need. Good stuff. It was actually less than the $270, since I think I paid $99 or $100 for $200 of plumbing time.

Domonic is quite a professional plumber. He looked at the job and confidently said and quot;this should be straight forwardand quot;. He was prompt, courteous, and did a world class job in a less than ideal area. We are very pleased with the results.

Jim came within the estimated window. He greeted my dogs and completed both jobs within 1/2 hour. He instructed me in how to clean the drain catches on both (nontraditional) He was very courteous, friendly, and fast. He left bathroom clean. I had an Angie's Deal that I saw online so the entire cost was $110 - much less than I've paid for cleaning the drains with past drain cleaners. I appreciated the form he brought with him. It is so easy to forget to go online and complete a performance review. He made it very easy.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. If I have anything else to have done, in terms of plumbing, they would be the people I would call and if I knew of anybody else that needed plumbing I certainly would recommend them. Inherent in this, is how you are treated by the service person. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and they are able to share that information with me. That makes me feel so much better. I had a problem and had another plumber out of the local phone book come out. He ended up abandoning us because he wasn't sure what to do. He suspected that it was something in particular, but he said he'll talk to other people and we never heard from him again. I didn't tell this plumber about the previous guy and what he said because I wanted to see if Westman would come put with the same thing, which they did. So the guy knew, but I got a lot of information about what I could possibly do if I wanted to and there was no problem in what they suspected, which was mainly that something was in the vent outside. He checked it two times and told me what I could do, but then said that he wouldn't do it because it would cost a lot of money. He also told me that it might make a difference in the way the toilets flushed. He had a theory about that and essentially he looked it all over and I just felt very supported. He was straightforward and that really meant a lot to me. They had a woman whose father ran the business and she was a plumber too, so when I talked to her on the phone and told her what the issue was she said that she would talk to the other guys around there but she thought it was the vent on my roof, which is what they checked out. She was great on the phone and I feel like I got a plumber now that I can count on.

We used a and quot;big dealand quot; coupon, and there were no additional labor costs, just a small charge for parts. It went very easily. Todd was prompt, very courteous, explained everything well, left the kitchen in good shape. We're very satisfied.

It went well. He was a very nice gentleman and he tolerated my little children around his feet. It was actually done well. I don't know if it's the fault of the faucet we had that he installed. When I turn the handle for the cold I get hot as opposed to what it should be. That's my only complaint and that's just in our bathroom. The pricing was excellent. They were right on time.

They were good. When there were problems, they came back and fixed them.

Excellent -- on time, very thorough, replaced two valves to be sure there is no leakage which caused burst outdoor pipes in the winter.

We had our list ready so we could make the best use of the time. Domonic was professional and very understanding of us wanting to get the important things done first and then see what else we could accomplish in the given time frame. There were only $22 extra parts and $5 drive fee charged. We were pleased with the whole experience.

The toilet seemed to be flushing with the new supplier line, Todd tested it, we tested it a few times, and then later on that evening the tank stopped filling up and there was no water supply. I contacted Westman Plumbing by email and they responded almost immediately. Todd called us to ask what was going on and let us know that someone would be out the next day to see what had happened. Angie, the owner?, also contacted me right away through email and then by phone earlier today to let me know that Domenic would be here. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the all around responsiveness and professionalism. Domenic came, fixed the issue (which turned out to be very minor) and resealed all around the toilet base to try to deal with the sewer flies. I am very grateful to the entire team I have worked with and will certainly continue to work with them if further issues arise. (I originally used an Angie's list coupon: $111 for 2 hours worth of work)

I first contacted Angie as she does all of the scheduling. Angie was very responsive to my calls and was very helpful in setting the appointment and helping pre-plan the work so everything would go smoothly. I had to purchase my replacement parts and Angie helped me identify the right parts so I would have them on hand for the day of the services. I paid for labor only. Steve was the plumber who arrived on the scheduled date and he did a fantastic job. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had to go out and get one part while he was doing the work and he was very helpful in directing me on what I needed to get. Services were all performed as promised - this is a good company to work with.

Westman Plumbing arrived on time and did what was asked for. The plumber spent the entire two hours alloted doing the work. Because it was part of a special Angie's List Deal, the charges for labor were very reasonable at $99 for two hours. I thought the charges for supplies ( a frost-free hose faucet and a few copper pipe pieces) where a little expensive but I guess that was to be expected given the low hourly labor rate.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. It worked out fine and they took care of my problem. They did the job that was expected.

At the end, their response was good for a very bad start.

Dominic was here on time, worked quickly and finished the job in a short period of time. He was kind enough to take the packaging and old sink even though I purchased the new sink directly. He was polite, respectful and professional. Great job!

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this project and it really went fine. I had to pay an extra couple of dollars for some additional parts. I recommend them. They were on time and provided good service.

It went well. They were only here for 20 minutes. I paid for 2 hours of labor and I did not receive any credit for the other hour and a half. I would use them again.
