Purchased a big deal ($99 for $200 worth of service = 1.5 hours). Needed a garbage disposal replaced (which i purchased on Amazon). He quickly got through that job, and also tackled some other odd jobs. Packed an outdoor spigot and replaced corroded pipe on water heater. Just had to pay a few extra bucks for parts. Great overall experience.

Plumber showed up on time and got right to work. He was very professional and polite. The original estimate for time to do the job was 3 hours, but he was able to get everything taken care of in one hour, and did not need to use any special parts as was originally thought. I appreciated the quick but clean work and his demeanor.

Left a message and didn't receive return call, left another message and when call was returned, there was a comment about playing telephone tag - with caller ID, that excuse doesn't cut it. Over two hours late, 2 plumbers arrived instead of the one I expected but they did a great job and very courteous and professional, paid for the parts at time of service, the next day, the office called the next day stating the bill wasn't figured correctly and should have reflected two plumbers instead of one. I said that was fine, I'd just send a bill for the two hours of work I lost waiting for the late arrival - the bill was not adjusted.

I needed general maintenance around the house and all work was done quickly and within the hour assigned with my purchase. Very professional and knowledgeable when asked specific questions regarding additional concerns with plumbing. I have recommended Westman Plumbing to others and would definitely call them again!

Chris called to ask if he could come early as he had finished with another job. I arrived home to find him waiting. He came in and promptly removed his shoes. We discussed the three problems - a leaky toilet and two leaky faucets. Chris then took a look at all 3 before starting repairs. In the case of the second faucet, he immediately said parts would be an issue and suggested I look for any documentation I might have from the original installation. He also said I should contact the company I bought it from as it could be under warranty, which never occurred to me. Chris explained what was wrong with the toilet and sink in the 1st floor bath, and by the time he had finished I had a verbal commitment from the supplier to either replace the faucet in the upstairs bath, or provide parts at no charge. Chris explained what he felt the issue was so I could accurately describe it to the technician at the supplier, and then explained next steps and likely time/cost to repair the second faucet. He also thoroughly wrote up a repair ticket/invoice with details on the second faucet, should I need it. Chris was very friendly, timely and seemed very competent. Downstairs bath was left in a clean condition and both sink and toilet are functioning great. I would definitely use Westman Plumbing again, and hope they send Chris back to repair the second sink when the parts arrive. Time from start to finish was 1.5 hours, and as I had purchased an Angiie's List Big Deal, I only had to pay for parts on day of service. Great value.

Showed up right on time, was very professional and fast. Very good experience.

Todd arrived on time, listened to explanation of problem, gave appropriate options, completed the task in a timely way, cleaned up well. Was careful of carpeting in finished area, courteous and informative. Returned quickly to fix a a small leak that developed at the joining of the old pipe with the new pipe. Still has one part to finish off but I am happy since the outdoor faucets are safe from freezing, easy to turn off for the winter, and I no longer have leaky indoor shutoff valves. Will use them again for some other projects.

I had a leak in the basement. Chris came in and took 1 look at it and realized exactly what it was and went to work. I had a pipe that was frozen and burst. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way and also explained why it had happened! He was very professional and repaired the pipe quickly. I highly recomend the company to others and would use them again in the future!

They came out but not able to perform the work because the city had to turn my water off so we rescheduled. The second apt he said I needed to pay additional so I did not use them.

I purchased a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I had additional work done so I paid extra over the Big Deal price.

Fantastic. Todd was on time, went right to work. He did everything I needed to do and did it well. He was clean and he was careful.

Dominic arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout the visit. He quickly found the back up in the drain and checked for any problems further down in the drain. He then fixed the leaky faucet (including a quick trip to the hardware store to ensure he had the correct part). Both have been working in the two weeks since the visit.

We had purchased the Angies List special for 2 hours of work for $99.00. Dominic (I hope I recall his name correctly) was very professional, patient, conscientious. We had purchased the special to replace a clawfoot tub fauct, which can be tricky to switch out. It went faster than expected, so he used up the time with a few other small repairs. Purchased a big deal for 2 man hours. Todd was on time and was quite nice and responsive. Had him snake one bathroom drain, which was more effective than what I could do on my own. He checked all the faucets and made minor repairs and did maintenance, and cleaned off some old caulk and put down some new. I was happy with his work and communication with me. The initial fee was $99, plus $5 for materials, and $5 for drive fee. I do not recall the drive fee being disclosed in the big deal, and I would have asked about it, but I missed it when I payed. Otherwise I was happy and would hire them again, though I would try to do it with a big deal, because their normal rate is $135/hour. This seems to be in line with other providers, plumbers are expensive.

When I bought the deal, I said that the deal need to be rescheduled. I called them about a month ago numerous times to get the job scheduled, but there was no response. I do not feel comfortable using them and could not use the deal.

Installer did a good job but $135/hr is high for a plumber in my opinion. After applying the Big Deal coupon ($99 for $200 worth of plumbing services) the job priced out at about $100/hr.

He absolutely did what we needed him to do, he came back with no problem when it had a problem, the price was all really good and we're happy with the service.

Two bathroom drains were cleaned and a new kitchen faucet was installed. The work was done expertly and exactly at the appointed time.

I called and made an appointment. Westman was able to send out a plumber a few days later. The plumber called ahead and arrived on time. I had purchased all new parts for my 40 year old toilet. I was going to do the job myself and decided that it was more than I wanted to attempt to do. The plumber used my parts and had the whole toilet reassembled and running in about an 1 and 20 minutes. I told the plumber I had found them on Angie's List and he said he would give me a discount. It cost me $125.00 to have him do the installation of the parts I had purchased. He did add one new hose for $10.00. I'm not sure if this was a good price for the job or not. The toilet has, and continues to work well. Overall, I am very satisfied and would use them again.

Resealed the toilet. Went over what to watch for and future fixes that MAY be necessary if this fix did not solve the problem. Was impressed with his patience with 2 kids watching him work :-) and appreciated him doing a less inexpensive fix first.

We had them take a look at our toilet that was having problems flushing as well as fixing three sink stoppers throughout the house. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the toilet issue. Upon making a quick fix he then continued to trouble shoot until it was completely repaired. I really appreciated the focus on figuring everything out and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Terrific. Got everything done in two hours. The plumber (Dominic) showed up on time and he was neat and very professional.
