They did a wonderful job and actually came back a second time to address a problem with the faucet. They were very accommodating and I have nothing but great things to say.

They did a great job and I can definitely recommend them. We can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. The plumber was prompt, efficient and fixed much more in the two hours than we expected. We originally wanted them to replace a kitchen faucet and a few other things, but he was able to look at a number of items around the house, including an outdoor shower and faucet. We would definitely recommend this company based on our experience.

He did a great job. I hired them because I had a leak in the bathtub. He worked so quickly that he was able to put in shut off valve in behind the bathtub, replace the kitchen faucet and replace the shower head in the down stairs bathtub. He had all the parts he needed in his truck which I paid extra for. He was very nice to work with and I was truly impressed with how quick he was. I will use them for future plumbing services.

Did a great job. Not only did they fix the crack that I was aware of, but noticed another trouble area that they fixed as well. This was a really tough area to reach - under the deck with barely enough room to work. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Appointment was at 2:00, and plumber came exactly at 2:00. Very happy with the service!

Plumber was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He got right to the problem. Replaced some copper rather than try to repair solder that was there. Cleaned up after himself. Since I had bought an Angie's List Big Deal, he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to inspect, as I hadn't used all the time allotted. Also friendly to my dog!

Kris was able to get here within about an hour of my initial call. He was friendly, worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. He even gave some suggestions for adding additional insulation and for adding a pass-through vent so we don't have frozen pipe issues in the future.

The provider was able to make an appointment for me within 1.5 hours of my initial call. He arrived on time and was straightforward with the work to be done. He was very helpful in giving me a number of insulating suggestions to ensure that my pipes do not freeze again. I was very pleased with the setup, experience, and cost.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It worked out well. They were here promptly at the appointed time. The price covered everything.

Domonic arrived a little late, but called to let me know when he would arrive. I explained what I needed done and he gave me a couple of options on how to proceed with his recommendation. I appreciated knowing all the options before I decided how to proceed. He got right to work and got the work down in less time that he orginally thought it would take. He cleaned everything up and went over everything he had done and made sure all my questions were answered. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use Westman's services in the future.

First Todd came out and looked over the situation and told us the entire shower drain should be replaced but he did not have the parts or the time to do it that day. He was going to ask Angie to call and set up another appt, which would probably be after Thanksgiving because they were super busy at the time. She did not call and when I called and left a message it was several days before anyone called me back. We got the second appt set up and Chris came out. Both plumbers were on time for their appts. Chris decided to replace only part of the drain because it would take less time and I would not have to spend anymore money - only the special 200.00 of plumbing for 89.00. He noted if it does not work and leaks again, they would have to replace the drain and it would cost their full rates, so I'm hoping it does not leak.

I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them and/or use them again.
