Top Dog Cleaning Crew

We did use Top Dog Cleaning Crew. They were here about a month ago in February of 2017. They were very polite and pleasant to work with. The carpet didn't have a lot of spots on it so I can't say that, you know, they removed any difficult spots because I didn't have any. The only, and I don't know if I should even call it a complaint, the carpet seemed to be damp a little longer than I would have liked. They were damp a couple of days, two or three days. Other than that they gave me really good service and I think they did a good job. The cost wasn't too much, it was about, I think I probably paid with credit card. It was not too bad. I think it was perhaps $160. It was more reasonable than I expected. I would give them an A on price, I have paid more in the past. The only quality issue would be the degree of dampness. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

The cleaning crew was very prompt, courteous, and professional. The carpets were all noticeably cleaner after their work was complete. They tackled even some of the hardest stains in the carpet and removed most of them. Even the the worst stains looked much better when they were done. I would definitely refer Top Dog to my friends and use them again for my next cleaning.

I will highly recommend Top Dog Cleaning Crew. Andrew came out to clean my carpets right before the holidays and did an excellent job. All of the many stains I had from 3 kids and a dog came right out. He was extremely professional, friendly and very personable. I would 100% recommend him to friends and family and will definitely be using him again!!

Everything went great. Was able to get my air ducts and carpets cleaned in the same appointment. The cleaning went just as expected and I am very pleased with results. This is my 3rd time using them and will continue to do so.

I just had my carpets cleaned by top dog cleaning crew and immediately had to go on and write them a great review! We are putting our home on the market and contemplating if we should replace some of the rooms carpet. Im so glad we didn't. They literally got my carpet looking brand new and were so nice and easy to work with. They called 20 Minutes before hey came and were very clean and professional guys. Couldnt have asked for a better experience and will certainly have them clean our new home before we move in. Thank you again!

Andrew arrived and took a look at our carpet. We pointed out a few minor stains and, a very old ink stain that I knew wouldn't come out. Since we plan to replace the carpet in a year or two we wasn't concerned about the stains, but all the stains came out, except the ink stain. Andrew explained that there was an upcharge to have the carpet sanitized if we wanted that service. Because the carpet is 32 years old we decided to go for it. (We did upgrade our carpet to a high grade when purchased and it has served us well.) The carpet looks amazing, clean, brighter, and the matting was lifted up. We had a 5 by 7 area rug that Andrew did without an additional charge. We will call Andrew back in the spring to do the porch.

Great company! Communicated in advance, called when on the way, explained current specials, called with requested estimate on site, friendly, speedy but thorough. Would recommend again!

I am not kidding when I say this, stay away from this company. They literally left my house worse than when they came. Severe lack of employee training, professionalism, ethics and general business acumen will leave you with dirty floors, an empty wallet, and extreme frustration. If you're lucky. We have a baby on the way, and wanted to clean our house to prepare. Here is why Top Dog should not only be ignored by you, but shut down completely: 1. Carpets did not get cleaned; we vacuumed the floors after they dried, and picked up the same amount of dog hair and dust as any other time we clean the house. 2. Rep sprayed Grout Cleaner all over my walls and appliances, and overnight it destroyed the finish on our appliances. How does a floor cleaning company not understand the damage Grout Cleaner will do? No training, that's how. After TWO MONTHS of back and fourth, I settled on accepting a payment for the replacement cost of the appliance doors because I could not deal with the incredibly unprofessional owner anymore, he simply wore me out. He had zero empathy and acted as if this was such an inconvenience for him. I now have to do all the work involved in this repair on my own - order the parts, install them, and discard the old parts. Or, have an appliance repair person do it and lose hundreds of dollars in labor. The owner lied to me, saying that labor was only a couple hundred dollars for this repair, when I have gotten quotes of $600 at the cheapest. Instead of an apology, the business owner tried make me feel bad, saying that this had to come out of his pocket and legally he didn't have to do anything, but he was being nice and trying to help. What a joke. This business needs to be shut down, I cannot believe a company as poorly run as this can exist. There is literally not one good thing this company did for me, and there is no reason for you to expect any different. nbsp;

It looked much better but stayed damp longer then expected and had an odor for several days. We called and were informed that the chemicals were still working. My only suggestion is that they should have been cleared on what to expect. Overall they were good and I would use them again.

The crew arrived on time, and got right to work. Very happy with the overall experience!

They did a good job. They were a little bit later, but they did a great job.

Everything went well. A couple of the duct covers were not put back correctly, but that was a easy fix. The technician did a good job and cleaned up after the job was complete. He explained everything that he did.

They did an excellent job. I was so happy with them. He was polite and he got right to the job. He was in and out and the carpets came out nice. Their price was right in there. Their responsiveness was very good, but they almost called me too much. They were very punctual. I plan to use them again.

Good service, professional treatment. Very pleased with the product they used. The rug after it dried did not feel stiff but soft and actually had a pleasant citrus odor.

The deal with Top Dog Cleaning Crew turned out average. They were just okay. They had problems with their equipment. I don't know, as if the job was all accurate. They could have their equipment working when they show up. I don't know if that roto brush is really a good cleaning method. Like I said, it was just average at best.

Exactly as I hoped, at a very reasonable price. Of course, I can't really judge what's going on inside the ducts, but the job took some time and there was no up-selling pressure. On-time, professional, intelligent technician. Top Dog has often been recommended on neighborhood website, and I think they deserve their customers' confidence. It's good to know a reliable provider of a service that seems to include some questionable "businesses."

This was a big deal purchase. It was fine; it was good. They were nice, came in and did it and did a good job. It was a good price. I wasn't here, my husband was, but he didn't have any complaints about it. I would use them again in the future if they had a deal on, like this time.

What a wonderful young man that came my home. They did a fantastic job and were so polite and helpful. All the work they did exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I hired them. I had carpets cleaned, tile in bathroom cleaned, and a couch cleaned. It took them roughly 1.5 hours and all stains are gone. would surely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Service went great. They arrived on time and everything went exactly as they stated. I loved that it was a one stop shop and I was able to have carpet cleaned, air ducts and dryer vent cleaned all at one time. They were very friendly and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home.

Showed up on time, counted all vents and return vents, gave the estimate, finished work in estimated time.
