Description of Work: Tillers cleaned a large family room, living room, upstairs hallway and master bedroom (680 sq. ft. total), and two stairways (30 steps) with a common landing. The stairs and a little bit of the family room were treated with Scotchgard. I moved all of the furniture in the living room and family room before they arrived to speed the process, but they would have done that, too. I added the master bedroom at the last minute, but they were happy to do that. They put a seal around the front door where they brought in the hoses to keep the heat inside in the cold weather. The floors were well-cleaned and weren't overly wet when they left. I am happy with the service and the results.

YOU CAN SEE FAINT REMNANTS OF THE STAIN, BUT THAT IS OK, BECAUSE THE THREE OTHER PLACES I CALLED THEY SAID THE STAIN WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT SINCE IT WAS HAIR DYE.
