They were not as prompt as I wanted them to be. It was supposed to be within a certain radius to my house. It was five miles over so they charged me five dollars extra. The technician was excellent. I needed a new router. He replaced it with a refurbished one. I thought it was a new one. It stopped working six weeks later. I called them, and they told me it was refurbished. I thought they should have told me it was not new. I called them when my laptop was not working. They misinformed me of what the issue was. I really did not blame them for that. It was over the phone. They were really nice, and polite.

It worked out fine and I am happy with the services.

My home computer, which, embarrassingly, was not properly backed up, failed to start up any longer. I called James on the recommendation of Angie's List reviews and was lucky enough to find him available to talk. He spent time on the phone explaining exactly what we might be looking at and what he might be able to do. He offered to come over immediately (even though he had a over-full day based on a critical employee being out ill), and when he couldn't solve the problem immediately he took my drive to his office to perform more significant recovery on it. I was nervous about the outcome, but James allayed my fears. A couple of days later, he returned with my drive and a drive of his own with my recovered data - and left his drive with me so that I could have it as I reviewed the results. It all made me feel 100% more confident in the recover process. All was well - all critical files were covered. I awaited the bill, and was pleasantly surprised to find it less than the potential maximum he had suggested. Very reasonable, especially given the extra service I feel I received. I have recommended James and Technical Reinforcements to many folks, and will continue to do so. Smart, fast, reasonable, professional and superior service.

My hard drive was crashing and Chris from TRI arrived right on time and he was able to save my data to my new computer, re-install several programs and fix a couple of small buggy issues with my laptop. My phone calls were answered or returned promptly and they were great working with me on a last minute reschedule (My fault) of my apptointment. Very happy, very impressed!

Arrived right on time on 5/09/2012 and cleared up some issues. Some problems appeared after the tech left and they were resolved on 5/10 over the phone. Excellent service. Very patient and helpful to one who is not all that computer savy.

The young man, Adrian, was professional and thoughtful and made everything go smoothly. I couldn't have asked for more. He was on time, congenial, knew what he was doing, and made the whole experience a positive one for us.

Excellent work! Adrian did some repair work on our computer, gave some technical advice, and helped me set up some computer software. He walked me through this new software and made sure I knew how to use it. He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this company for future computer service needs.

Technical Reinforcements showed up about an hour after I called. The diagnosis of the problem was complete within about 45 minutes. The technician was professional, courteous, knowlegable, and competent. I was very pleased with the service.

He did a very good job of explaining what he was doing and answered my many questions as he worked, expainged my knowledge of computers. I was very comfortable with him, he was very knowledgeable.

They did the job in 15 minutes. They were on time and knew what they were doing. I had asked them to do a couple of other things which took them just 2 minutes to finish. The person who came to do the job was a very nice young man who got the job done. My overall experience with them has been good.

I had a virus on my computer and they had great coupons on Angie's list. I had spent hours trying to fix the problem myself and then I had it fixed in less than two hours. Sometimes it's better to go to the pros, or rather, have them come to you.

I was again pleased with Chris Foley's work in getting my new laptop set up so that it could communicate with my other computers (desktop and laptop) in my network. He also diagnosed a problem with the older laptop as a keyboard issue. He has been cordial and helpful in getting my computers working and would highly recommend him and Technical Reinforcements. It's just like having my own personal computer help desk!

These guys are fantastic! I used to be a tech but that was years ago so I'm not bad with computers but I didn't have all the tools or up-to-date knowledge to fix my problem. My laptop's hard drive died and I replaced it with a new one but then couldn't get it to restore Windows. Chris came to us & diagnosed the issue quickly & accurately. He didn't have what he needed with him to fix it so he took the computer with him, fixed it and brought it back to us promptly so we were back up and running again. The price charged was fair and I felt they were very capable. They had great communication and I was so pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. Will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future problems and recommend to anyone I know.

I finally found a computer expert (Adrian) who could explain the problems I was having with my computer. I told him that I was a computer -challenged person, and he explained what he was doing in non-tech terms. I had made a list of things I wanted to have fixed and things I didn't know how to do. We went thru this list and the upshot of this is that my computer is now running ever so much better and I now know how to do things that I had struggled to put into effect but never could, again explaining as we went along in terms I could understand.

Chris, saved the day!!. He retrevied all the files and set- up my new computer and printers to work together and also transferred multi[ple prices. He was even avilalble after the intital service to help. Great job, I appreciate what they did and woud use them again

Everything went perfectly. I had phoned before the holidays hit, and was able to schedule a service call just when I wanted (right after New Year's). I then purchased an Angie's List Coupon for 2 hours of tech support. It seemed like a terrific deal and I was impressed with all of the rave reviews and overall rating on Angie's. I'm happy to report that I agree. Adrian called to confirm on the morning of the scheduled appointment, then called later to say he was running 10 minutes late. He arrived just when he said he would. I was impressed with the depth of Adrian's knowledge, specifically how quickly he was able to assess problems and then explain, in accessible language, what was happening and what he needed to do as solutions. He had all of the necessary tools and supplies on hand, with the exception of canned air. He was professional and personable, and made good use of his time. I also enjoyed the non-computer related conversation we had while programs were running. A lot was accomplished in a shorter than expected span of time. When I had a quick follow-up question, I left a voicemail message and got a prompt return call. It's great to know a smart, reliable computer person--and we've found one through Technical Reinforcements. Will definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Adrian did an excellent job. I had many questions, especially about my iMAC and some of it's issues. Adrian spent a lot of time helping me to understand why the issues were happening, which issues were important and what could be done about them. It was very comforting to know that some issues were insignificant, even if they looked ominous to those with little computer background. Also, my home network is now working again (Comcast's installation of my switch to their services wrecked my home network but they accepted no responsibility for anything but the mere connection to the internet). I would highly recommend Adrian's computer related services.

I got Angie’s discount from them. I had them come two or three times. The overall problem was that my fairly new computer was not able to access the internet. That was fixed. Then there was some problem with installing some updates to windows. We thought we had it fixed once and when it was updated it went back to the old problem and started to reboot. They had to take everything off the hard drive and reinstall everything. Their price was good. It took them a while but everything got fixed the way it should have been. It was a simple problem. They were excellent.

They were very timely in coming out to help. They were very knowledgeable about solving the issues right away. I have worked with both Adrian and Chris and both exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely use them again.

Very pleased with the results. The technician was Chris. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms. Adrian took my call, scheduled the work for the same day and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and kept me constantly informed about what he was doing. He also fixed some other minor computer issues, made recommendations for hardware purchases and was generally very helpful. I purchased a Big Deal ($85 for two hours), and the work only took an hour, but I still feel as if I got a BIG DEAL, because now I know about a company that I can reliably call on. I was lucky in getting same day service, as this is not always available, but I would be willing to wait a day or two for this kind of competence.
