Excellent result... the company performed to my expectations.

We were completely satisfied

First they fixed a very old, slow computer, which kept me going until I bought a new one. They came back over to set the new one up and transfer everything when I found the computer that I wanted. There were a couple of issues that were quickly resolved without additional charge because they were quick fixes.

He did great. It was a very good service.

Our PC had a stubborn virus, and was still present after a Microsoft rep tried to remove it. The tech from Technical Reinforcements came to our house to fix. They were very responsive to my phone calls to set up the service appointment, and when the tech realized he was going to be late he called to let me know how late and when he would arrive. Once here, he was very professional, finished the job in approx. 1/2 hour, and showed me what he found and how he did it. I would definitely use them in the future.

Excellent. On both occasions they have finished their work in the time they estimated and answered a lot of questions. Prior to purchasing the new computer we called them to get an idea of what we should look for in a new computer and they were very helpful. They gave us an estimate of what we needed, what wasn't necessary for our use, and about how much it would cost.

He was punctual and definitely knew his stuff - it only took him 20 min to fix everything. And he even put some ink cartridges in the printer for me! Above and beyond the call of duty!

They responded quickly and did well. We did have to wait several days, however, because they were booked up as a result of the response to their coupon.

Their service was excellent. He was very helpful and did wonderful things for my computer. He was very technically competent.

These guys refused to even offer a solution to my problem... ended up talking to an IT friend of mine... he fixed it in less than 30 min.

I have been very happy with their service. This most recent visit was the third time I used them during the last 3 years or so. Their expertise includes a wide range of hardware and software. The technician that took care of my stuff has returned each time; he gets to work quickly and stays focused on his work. They can get busy and I have had to wait a couple of days for service but they counter that with quick help over the phone. I have written only one or two other reviews, on products and services; when I saw their name come up I wanted to be sure to recognize the quality and value they provide.

Very well. Chris responded very quickly (since my computer was basically unusable). He accomplished the work all in an hour! He was very professional. I didn't have to pay the trip charge with the Angie's List discount!

I signed up for a fixed price "deal" on groupon or something similar. Had a number of items that I needed help with. They came out as scheduled, took care of all the system issues very efficiently. Professional. I've used them before and will do so again.

He did a great job and I would use him again in the future if I wasn't moving. He was very knowledgeable and impressive.

The service was fair. They were so smart that they zipped right through everything. They meant well but flew right over me sometimes.

He was very professional and helpful. My laptop suddenly went to a blue screen and was pronounced dead by the Geek Squad, but it had important files and pictures that needed to be retrieved. Our technician came to the house and made sure that when the computer was scrapped there was no trace of my background left. He then transferred what was saved to my new laptop and configured it for me. There was still time left so he also added some security to my husband's laptop and checked it for malware etc. It was well worth the money spent, especially because it was an Angie's List special.

They apologize if they cant get to you the same day. On both occasions they arrived the next day. When my computer needed to be taken to their shop, I got it back in two days. I have no technical language with which to communicate, so they just came in each time and sat down and walked me through a process unti they could define the problem themselves, and then solve it, and tell me how I could avoid it in the future.

I think they were able to fit me in within a day or two of my call. Technician came to the house, listened to the problems and what we wanted done, then spent maybe 60-90 minutes doing the work. I think I was using an Angie's List coupon at the time. Technician did a good job, as far as I could tell. Knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use again.

The battle of Comcast vs the technicians. Comcast said we needed a new wireless router that Tech Rein had installed last fall. Router failed. We ended up replacing it just like Comcast had diagnosed.

They are the best tech crew I've dealt with either at work or in my home. They are incredibly responsive, polite, accomodating, nice and have the highest level of technical expertise. I always call them for my tecn needs and have recomended to several friends.

,June 22, 2012This is the second time in four years I have reached out to Technical Reinforcements. The first time I was unemployed and I was not charged. This week my wireless route was not working and I got an appointment for today. My preferred method for technical home computer support is in-home - you are there to observe them working and can also ask questions and get advice. This organization is professional, knowledgable and do not try to intimidate you with computer jargon.Their service fees are commensurate with the experience. Since I live in Apple Valley I had to pay additional for gas - but not a big deal. Note- unless it is an emergency - you will need to wait a few days based on their availability.
