I liked their promptness. I called yesterday afternoon and they came this morning. Their service was excellent as far as promptness in getting them to come out when I needed them to.

We were having problems with slow wireless on our computer. First tech did some things, but it didn't improve much. We waited a month and contacted them again. They sent out a different tech, and so far things seem to be working well.

I selected Technical Reinforcements Big Deal Offer through Angie's List and was extremely satisfied with the service performed. I had a list of miscellaneous things I needed updated on a laptop. Also, I had an old desk top computer that I wanted to get rid of and had Technical Reinforcements transfer files from the old computer to the laptop. They also removed all personal data from the computer so it was ready to be donated. The technicial was very knowledgeable and completed everything I had requested. I had hired Technical Reinforcements previusly and was extremely satisfied both times. I would highly recommend this company and will definetely hire them again!

I really liked this provider. They were easy to schedule, arrived promptly, and did an excellent job in the time allotted. I even had to call back later and got an excellent phone consult. The best provider I have found on Angie's list.

It went really well. He knew what he was doing and made the changes we had discussed.

Not only did we get the printer fixed, he taught me how to fix it myself the next time, then cleaned all of the "junk" off of the hard drive, ran diagnostics, and installed new virus protection software. He also explained everything to me at a level I could understand. Not being very techincal myself, I really appreciated his patience. It was all done in less then an hour! I will definitely use them again.

Great! Adrian was really patient and helpful and accommodating. When it was decided that while my computer would still work it would still probably just get worse with time. When I suggested we transfer everything to another computer I had as a spare he rolled with it and was great. He even responded to my emails a few days later.

Bought coupon. Made appointment. Guy came. Looked at PC, said we needed new hard drive? or new computer. Recommended place to go where we would get a good deal. We took computer back to where we bought it (4 hours away) and they fixed it. No big problem.

We have used them once or twice and it's been very helpful. What we really like about this company is that they have a tech that is Mac specific. You can take your computer into the Mac store but we have a desktop so it is more convenient to have Technical Reinforcements' tech come out. He is always very helpful. He always gives us our full purchase deal. He makes sure we don't have any questions. He is very personable and friendly. They are a small company and their billing system is not quite ironed out yet. We got about three bills from them we had to call about it. They responded very nicely and were very apologetic about it.

I needed help to update the system on my Mac desktop and had some other questions about making wireless connections to laptop and printer. Although qwe discovered my desktop system is too old to update, the technition helped to troubleshoot my wireless printer and taught me several great back-up tips. Totally professional and knows mac.

Adrian ran a scan of our desktop computer to search for and remove anything that might be causing it to run slow and answered many questions regarding hardware, speed, etc.

Adrian was very helpful and patient. I am very tech illiterate, and he explained everything very clearly. He was professional and personable. He took as much time as I needed in order to understand some functions of my lap top. He also fixed a couple of issues that I had been fighting with, with my computer. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and, as already stated, he did an excellent job of explaining them. I would not hesitate to use them again, and actually after that session had some hardware issues with my computer, and this company is the one that I did call. So, I've had two very positive experiences with them and would definitely refer other people to them.

Technician was prompt, courteous, very helpful and flexible (lots of activity in the household when he was here). I was pleased with the result - lots of problems solved.

I left a message on the business's answering machine and received a call back the next day. The computer technician agreed to come at a time that was convenient for me, called before arriving at my house, and did the work very competently. I would definitely use this company again.

The young man came on time, got right to work,was pleasant, cheerful and as I found out - very knowledgeable in his field.He transferred most of the information from the old to the new computer, but had some difficulty with a couple of items. He gave me a couple of suggestions as to how to handle them as I started to work with them and for the most part they worked. In two cases I was unable to use the information but luckily they were of no real consequence. All of the new equipment is working just fine. The fellow that came was Adrian - from Technical Reinforcements. He did remove the hard drive from the old computer and left it with me in case I might want to work harder at retrieiving all of the information from it. I have not needed to do that. I would highly recommend him and in fact have done just that to two friends in the past few months.

The young man arrived on time(did not keep us waiting all day like a hostage).....Was very professional.....Did his job and was on his way to the next call.......Good work.
