They called me the same day to set up a date to come out and build the screen doors on site. They built them perfectly to fit my doors. Fast, courteous, and made sure I was truely happy with the quality before he left. I would recommend to anyone. Great that they come right to you and build them on the spot.

Overall the company did a fantastic job. Usually Screen Medic can repair the screens on-site in your home, but in this case due to a variety of reasons (ours and theirs), Chad took the screens w/ him and re-installed them the next day. Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the different replacement options we could choose for screens. Overall great service, very fair price, and the new screens look wonderful. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

They were punctual and charged exactly what they quoted.

Things turned-out well. We did have a small problem, but they were responsive and they fixed the issue. They had to make the screens on site. The metal that they used for holding the screen ended-up having a gap and wasn't as secure as it should have been. After asking, and me giving them permission, they put a screw in the center of each screen to make them more secure. I mistakenly let them do this and soon realized that I wouldn't be able to easily remove the screens to clean them. They resolved the issue by removing the screws and using removable pins instead. They were very cordial about the issue and took time to install the pins. Chad ended up removing each of the screens and re-installed them. The screens now look great! Overall, it was a very nice job, the people were nice, and there was no hassle or pressure. They were true professionals.

They gave me an extra piece of screen, which I used myself to screen a small window. I hadn't mentioned that in the estimate, but they had extra at the end of a roll, so they let me have it. Everything turned out very well. The screen on our gazebo always became loose, but this screen has stayed nice and tight and it has been almost a year now. The birds haven't made holes in the screens either, which they had previously. They used special screens so that the cat can't bite her way out. The screens have been very effective thus far. We are quite pleased.

Great job. They came out one day and removed all the screens and trim boards. That allowed me to repaint before the new screens were applied. When they came back, the created new trim boards for the ones that had been broken during a previous wood repair job. They were all very professional and did a wonderful job.

Chad came over and gave me an estimate for replacement screens. I needed to do some painting before the screens were put up, but the day I called to say I was ready they fit me in the next day. The porch is beautiful! The only issue I had was that the estimate was not correct. Apparently there were some panels that were not counted so I had to pay about $200 than was quoted. No sort of compromise was offered.

After the purchase of our new home we realized that the previous owners forgot to mention the lack of window screens. During the estimate Mr. Berg arrived on time and was able to give us a estimate with a breakdown by room so we could pick and choose which windows we wanted to replace. After a couple days we contacted him via email to set up a date and time for the work. Unfortunetely the people he originally had scheduled to do the work were behind that day and could not make out appointment on time. However we were immediately contacted of the delay and Mr. Berg came out himself the next day since his employees had used up all there hours that week. Mr. Berg was very courteous and got the job done and we are now enjoying our new window screens.

Chad showed up for the estimate at time promised. He gave a thorough explaination of the options we had available to us. He showed us samples of screen and educated us about the product. I cant tell you how impressed I was about this operation. We have dealt with a lot of contractors and repair services - Chad Berg is one of the most professional we have dealt with. A+++ all the way. Highly recommend!

A wonderul experience. Chad came out to my house within hours and measured the window and suggested that I use a Marvin screen vs. making a new one and he measured it and placed the order with Marvin and called me back as soon as it arrived and not only installed the screen, but cleaned up the window sill and made it shine like new! Chad told me the screen would be $65 and did not even ask for any money down which was rather amazing. I would absolutely hire this firm again and very much liked the way he handled the communcation, installation and overall personal touch. Not only was the service great, but Chad was unusually pleasant and personal and confident in his craft. I received far more than what I paid for and will use him again. I still cannot believe he took the time to really clean out the window sill, which was something he absolutey did not have to do. HIRE THIS FIRM with confidence.

Great. Everything was arranged by phone, even the estimates. Called the day before and said he would be in the area. Took screens and came back in 5 days with the finished product.

I got three other estimates and they were the cheapest. Instead of going to them, he came to me. He was efficient, clean and very professional. I would recommend using them.
