+ -1 moreMarina and her staff never showed. We waited for more than 4 hours. She called several times and said she would be there within 15 minutes but didn't show. She had car problems and had to get her car repaired. I would never recommend this company or use them. I was extremely disappointed in her professionalism!

She asked specific questions about my needs and then provided a bid that was very reasonable.She was able to accommodate my tight schedule in order to meet my needs.She arrived on time with her crew and they worked very hard and conducted themselves professionally.Marina asked lots of questions as to how I wanted things done and did it. She was also willing to do some things that I had not planned on having to do.Our house had been rented and the tenants left it very dirty. Her work was excellent, not only was it clean but it was shining. I would definitely recommend her.

It is a nice feeling to have this all done for our guests. We are always happy with how clean the house looks.

+ -1 moreThey are fantastic. They come every two weeks. It is a man and a woman that come to the house every other Thursday. They are a great couple. They take their time and are very cautious, careful and are the politest people anyone could ever meet. I really do like them a lot. They have not damaged anything. They are extremely careful. I kind of drilled that into them when Marina came out and I hired her. She came out the first time with the couple and kind of explained to them too. They understand it. They clean the mirrors inside when they need it. They do two floors in the home. They are wonderful. I would rate them highly.

+ -1 moreCompared to other cleaning services I've used they are much more thorough and do a complete clean. They don't just skim the top with a little vacuuming and dusting, they wipe down the window sills, and floor boards every time as well as the bathrooms and kitchen getting a thorough scrub down. They are priced a little higher than others but I have found it's worth it. I have been very satisfied with them.
Description of Work: I have used their cleaning service for about 4 months and have been very please. They clean my house every 3 weeks from top to bottom, vacuuming, washing the floors, dusting, wipe down all of the window sills, and clean the bathrooms.

+ -1 moreYesterday, was the first time I've used Romarina's house cleaning service. I was nervous trying a new company, since we just went through a remodel and I had all the furniture re-upholstered. The bathroom was redone in marble and no chemicals can be used on marble. Marina said they would use only water on the marble which is what I requested, also. They did such a meticulous job on everything they cleaned. I especially like the wife/husband team. They were very pleasant and very careful. They understand that the cost of furnishings can be expensive. They took extreme care in cleaning the artwork and frames. Nadia even pointed out some issues such as; some streaks on the newly painted dining room wall. She asked my permission to take it off with a damp cloth and it worked perfectly. She also noticed a scratch on a plumbing fixture in the master bath on the shower handle (obviously done by the plumber, since we haven't used the shower). Marina cleaned mirrors and pointed out a defect in one of the mirrors that was just installed. I was very pleasantly surprised at their overall thoroughness of the cleaning. They did spend extra time cleaning which I appreciated. I will continue to work with them on an every other week basis. Their work is FANTASTIC! And I would recommend them to anyone.

Marina has been wonderful about communicating via email (which works well for me). She gave us a fair quote and has done a wonderful job. I have not been home yet when her cleaners have come but my husband and my in-laws have been here and they had only good things to say. They have come twice now and have completed a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning and a lesser cleaning which is what I requested. I have been very pleased with the result of their cleaning. The price is very fair as well. I am very happy to have found this house cleaning service.

They are friendly, hardworking, and dependable, and we're happy with their work. Marina is flexible, open to requests and available by phone or e-mail if I need to reschedule or have special requests for the next cleaning. In addition, last week I called them last-minute to see if they would do a "one-time" cleaning of a relative's townhome- they agreed & did a great job

Marina was able to fit me into the schedule, arrived on time, did a great job, and was not in a hurry to move on to another job. Because this was their first time at my home, I believe they allowed themselves extra time "just in case" and stayed extra and completed the job. (Other cleaners sometimes skip the details and hurry through by doing surface cleaning to get on to other jobs.)
Description of Work: Did exactly what I wanted, much better than I expected. Great cleaning, attention to details, pleasant. Scrubbed floors, vacuumed pet hair from upholstered sofas and loveseats, bathroom shines.

Description of Work: Marina and Roman have been housecleaning for us every other week for the past several months. We have a two story home with a lot of tile floors. Other services have either vacuumed or lightly mopped our floors. Marina prefers to do it by hand. We also asked them to clean our windows, and Roman did a terrific job . They cleaned the screens also... and even did some glass block windows we had not asked them to do.
