Renee's Limousines

Renee's Royal Valet will now always be my go-to limo service. Terry was our driver and was incredibly professional but at the same time, lots of fun! He went everywhere we asked him to and also offer to help us with other services. I am getting him next time also! They were extremely prompt in contact us during the couple weeks before to make sure everything was set.

The driver brought the couple directly to the reception and dropped them off. The ride took less than 10 minutes. Everyone involved was extremely disappointed. We contacted the limo company to explain the situation, but they didn't seem to care. They didn't apologize or admit that they didn't meet our expectations for the job. They situation with the ride was disappointing enough, but the treatment afterwards made it even worse.

We are very happy with the wedding day service Renee's provided. Our youngest had been wishing for a limo ride since 8 years old. This was a big deal to us to make this wish come true. From the first conversation to the big day, Renee's people were available to answer questions and accommodate our requests. We'd had a bad experience with a different company in the past and were nervous. Working with Renee's was very easy and efficient and they provided timely, professional service. The day of the wedding, the limo driver, Travis, was on time, professional and very personable. The wedding party loved him! We are so glad we chose Renee's and would recommend them to anyone and would use this company again.

I was really looking forward to hosting a Christmas party starting off with a Christmas lights tour for 2 1/2 hours. I became somewhat apprehensive when my son came over and said that the roads were in really poor condition, cars were slipping and sliding and it took him twice as long to get to my house as usual. So I called Renee's Royal Valet to ask them about it. Much to my relief, they said that the roads in the area we would be touring were clear and they had several other cars out at that time with no problems. The driver showed up about 10 minutes early and told me that the roads were OK and much better than they had been the night before. He helped us load our snacks and wine in to the limo, showed us how to work the temperature controls in the back of the car and explained the tour to us. He was unfailingly patient and courteous throughout the evening. As promised the roads were fine and the tour went off without a hitch. We drove to the western suburbs and saw the most spectacular Christmas light displays, moving figures, and projections onto outdoor screens complete with music. Some of the music was timed to the light displays and came through the sound system of the limo. We had a blast! After we were dropped off back at my house to continue the Christmas party, we decided that a Christmas lights tour with Renee's Royal Valet would be our new Christmas tradition each year. Their professional office staff and drivers provide needed information and really do take care of their customers.

It was fabulous! Great limo, comfortable, fabulous service, Steve did a great job!!!!!!!!! definately will use this service and company again.

All went great. The driver Mike, kept me (the parent) completely informed as to where they were and when he dropped them off etc. He was courteous, professional, prompt and friendly. The kids said the limo was there favorite part of the evening. Chad took my call to set up the limo service after hours and was also very accommodating, friendly and professional. We have used Renee's Royal Valet previously for their trolley and they always excel. A perfectly run company with great employees. We will use them again for any limo/trolley services we need.

It was wonderful. They were very helpful when making reservations and they actually doubled booked the limo that we had requested so we were upgraded and it was fantastic. They came through on all other arrangements and they did everything to make this a fantastic night. What I really liked about it was that we rented the Limo from 6:30 - 10:30 p.m. and we paid for the limo, gas, and tip for driver. The best part of it was that the itinerary we thought might happen could change which was a good thing. This was a surprise party for our son and we thought he would like a brewery tour but he ended up getting in the limo and wanted to have it a distillery tour and also travel around the city of Minneapolis in the Limo. The driver did not know some of the distilleries and he was very open about getting directions from the party. We had the best driver and very nice to all of the party. You won't go wrong with Renee's Royal Valet.

Very clean vehicle and our driver was polite and efficient getting us to our destinations. Picked us up on time and effectively kept me in the loop on how we were doing on time. Provided happy birthday napkins, ice and bottled water for our group. My wife had a wonderful time and enjoyed the entire experience.

Great profession care....driver was so good he missed a deer...not sure how he did it but it was amazing/ Wonderful night with family and a memory to all who attended. I have used others for business and pleasure but will definitely use them again.

All of the drivers and vehicles were immaculate and clean. They were early at each location and were extremely helpful in the loading and unloading of the passengers and bags. I would contract with them again for any other limo needs we have.

We were extremely pleased with our service this past Friday night. Terry (the driver) was great-- he was very professional, flexible, and punctual. The 20-person passenger vehicle was fabulous and in perfect condition. Everybody had a really good time and several people mentioned wanting to rent the party bus again in the not-too-distant future. Thanks for everything!

We ended up starting in Wayzata where their vehicles took us to Woodland Hills Winery. After a few hours at the winery, Renee's took us on a Holiday Lights tour along the west side of the Cities. I have received nothing but rave reviews of this outing from my co-workers so many thanks to Scott and his drivers, Terry and Bill. Both drivers were incredibly knowledgeable of their vehicles and were able to hook my phone up to the audio system to play songs I had downloaded from iTunes. Also, they kept everyone stocked with beverages and waters the whole time. Many thanks!

It was great service. I was transporting several teens for a special event. I was concerned about the lack of seat belts (not required or generally used in limos), and they went out of their way to provide them to make me comfortable with the transportation. The car was right on time. Our driver James was great.

It went just wonderful. The limo was on time. All my friends weren't there on time so we took a quick limo spin with just my husband, daughter, grandson and myself . The driver was so accommodating. When all my friends arrived we went to Psych Suzi's, Jax Cafe in northeast, then The Shout House, finally Gustavs. Everything was smooth and professional from beginning to end.

Excellent service! We really are glad that we hired Renee's for our wedding. The car was just what we wanted- clean, modern, well appointed, and comfortable. Our driver was outstanding, he had his timing down perfectly and was a lot of fun as a part of the day. Not cheap, but good quality often isn't, and I specified up front that we had high expectations. Renee's exceeded those expectations by far. It is worth noting also that this is a GLBT/marriage equality friendly company.

The driver Rick was dressed in tux, polite, helpful - getting 7 middle aged women into limo- and he was on time. There was cold water bottles on ice and a bottle of non-alcoholic champagne included with nice napkins and crystal stemware. We were late getting out of the dinner- I had reserved the limo for 3 hours. I called Rick and he assured me that it was fine and to call when we were ready. The extra time was prorated the next day by the company, and they gave me a breakdown of the extra charges. We were very pleased.

The drive took longer than expected and the service did charge us for the extra half hour.

It was perfect! The driver was wonderful and did an amazing job. He was very accommodating and he was just wonderful! He was ALWAYS on time and always where he said he would be when they needed to be picked up, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend Renee?s Royal Valet. They were wonderful to deal with from the reservations to the end of the evening.

Great service: Courteous/professional driver, on time with a meticulously clean limo. Even had "80th Birthday' napkins in the crystal stemware. Scott in sales was Johnny-on-the-spot with responses and answers to questions.Totally satisfied.

I checked Angie's list for recommendations, then called around to compare prices . Renee's was very helpful with my planning for the night but also said they were open to whatever the boys decide. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable they would take care of the boys for the night. All the boys had a great time and I think they will always remember my son's 18th Birthday Limo ride!

Renee's Valet service picked up the wedding party of 22 and drove them to selected places at the University of MN for photo shoots. The event was very fun and memorable! They did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their work to help us set up the event and the follow through was excellent! I counted on them to meet my expectations; they certainly did so. I joined Angie's List just to find an excellent limousine service which Renee's did the job. I highly recommend them. They also picked up the bride's parent's at their home and brought them to/from the wedding. This was a special day for the grandparents as they were celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary.
