Description of Work: We found Professional Pest control in 2001 timeframe. We've had such a great experience that we've never used anyone else since then. We've used them for mice and carpenter ants mostly. We highly recommend them, without a doubt great people to work with.

Description of Work: I called Professional Pest about a mouse problem. Richard called back very promptly. He asked some questions about my house over the phone and gave me a bid of $950. That seemed high to me, and he explained he offered a good warranty and it was a busy time of year. I chose another provider with "A" Angieslist ratings and a similar guarantee but with a much much lower price.

Description of Work: Rick came out promptly to treat our patio for ants just before a graduation party. He was thorough in his work, explained what he was using (we have two golden retrievers) and that it wouldn't harm pets. Very satisfied with his work. I choose him after being solicited by another company door-to-door and found that they had multiple poor reviews on Angie's list.

Description of Work: Rick did an excellent job, was prompt in arriving soon after my call. Came on a Saturday morning within one-half hour from my calling. Stuck with the job even though it was a bit challenging and took about an hour.

Description of Work: I called to inquire as to cost of removing squirrel and/or squirrels from attic. I was told that the time frame would be at least two weeks before anything could be done, and was quoted a price that was almost $1000 more than similarly described services on this review page. This cost included only removal and closing of any holes.

SINCE THEY ARE NOT BOTHERING US INSIDE WE WON'T BE TREATING THEM NOW, BUT IF THEY BECOME ONE I WOULD CERTAINLY PLAN TO GIVE HIM A CALL BACK.
