Premier Moving Services

I could not be happier the Premier's service. Kevin found a very good driver for this service in less than a few hours; the shipment was loaded 2-3 days after my initial contact (May 3) and delivered as promised (May 6, 2013). I had registered with U Ship a week prior to the move and received about 20 contacts within that time. Only 2 had lesser prices than Premier, but no one committed to pick up and delivery other than "we will load the car in the next 10 days and deliver within the next 7-10 days. It was obvious that no one had a clue who would be moving the vehicle. My advice is to call Kevin prior to registering with other services. Mark T

Didn't end up using them; never returned phone calls and didn't even seem that interested in doing the work, despite significant advance request.

Went well. No glitches. No scratches.

The driver was very professional and kept in contact with us by phone the entire time. He arrived when he said he would and there wasn't a mark on the car. Also the car was delivered right when they told us it would be.

The move went well with one minor problem when they broke a piece of molding at the new place. They said they would have it fixed but never followed through with getting it done. After numerous emails and calls they told us to get it done and they would reimburse us. The movers were great the customer service follow up sucked.

So far so good. I'll let you know when my car gets to New Orleans :) I'm very comfortable with the service I selected.

Not the cheapest quote - but worth spending the extra for a professional and timely service. I shipped another car with a cheaper supplier and regretted it.

My experience with them was great; everything went as good as I could have hoped for. They were friendly and helpful. Their communication was easy. There was no rush to get things done; they gave me a week and a half.

Nothing outstanding to write about but the move was smooth and hassle free which is all that I really ask for. Just wish we could have fit everything into the truck as that would have made the next few days a lot easier.

I thought they were very good. They were fast and efficient. They were fairly low in price compared to a couple of others. However, I talked to him personally and he has retired.

We were prepared for the move, but were still surprised at how quickly and efficiently the process went. They arrived at the scheduled time. All of our things were moved without damage and the crew was happy to put everything where we requested. Everyone was very respectful, helpful, and happy. Lots of small extra steps were taken throughout the day (such as handing me the baby diapers and wipes instead of putting them with the rest of the boxes) to make moving day go well. "Stellar" was my husband's description of the experience.

I found their services to be outstanding! Kevin (in their office) gave me an accurate estimate over the phone. The movers, whose names I have sadly forgotten, arrived exactly on time. They worked rapidly and efficiently; the only delay was due to my not being ready. (I had some physical problems and simply could not prepare certain items.) They were very patient and polite about this, as well as exceedingly helpful with things that were not really their responsibility. Absolutely nothing was broken, damaged, or lost in the move. We finished on time, despite my lack of preparedness, and the cost was exactly what Kevin had said it would be. I recommend them highly and would hire them again without hesitation.

They sent 4 guys and 2 trucks and were on time, very professional, courteous and careful with our things. They were fast and did everything we asked of them. Anything that was not done ahead of time, they asked us politely what we wanted done with it and how they could help. Even moved my great-grandmother's upright grand piano at no additional fees. They moved us from Maple Grove to Maplewood so we had them load in one location and unload in the other location and they took our things into each room, even the basement. We basically directed them where to go and they did everything! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again!

My experience with Premier Moving was effortless in the fact that they responded to my inquiry immediately, worked with me to determine what level of service I would need (truck size, # of movers, approx # of boxes needed ?which are free and estimate of job). On moving day the movers showed up at the expected time, were courteous and friendly, took care to make sure my furniture was protected when necessary and they were fast and thorough. The move was done within the estimated time and I have no incidents or breakage to my furniture. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them to friends and family.

Prompt and accurate estimate. Cost to move was very reasonable. Flexible in setting dates for packing & loading. Absolutely no damage to furniture or possessions. We were very satisfied.

I have never hired a moving company before and heard all kinds of horror stories but as a single woman, I could not do the move and needed the help so I hired Premier Moving services. The company president, Kevin, called back within 24 hours of my first message and was polite, throrough and very professional answering my questions. I decided to hire them so he scheduled a time to meet before the move to go over their prices, policies etc. as well as to look over my house in order to provide an estimate. When the time came for that meeting, he was on time, friendly, professional and courteous. He also brought almost a hundred complimentary boxes of every size and in the process saved me the time to and money of going and getting a bunch of boxes on my own. He also gave a lot of great advice about how to reduce the cost of the move by packing and organizing everything well. I also wanted to drop off some furniture I was donating to a nonprofit and he said it fine to stop by there too on the day of my move. When the day of my move, as promised, three men drove up in a huge truck and were on time. They immediately introduced themselves and asked a few quick questions about my move before they started loading up. They got there at 8:00am and I left fot my closings soon after, expecting that it would take them hours to load everything up but my closings were done by 9:30am and when I got home, they were already done loading everything! I was pleasantly surprised and they got it all in one load - quick, efficient, professional and vey cautious and sensitive with my belongings. As planned, we stopped at the nonprofit and in less than 15 minutes, we were in and out of there and on the road again with them following me. We got to my new house, they asked where I wanted different things placed and went to work. They also put all the boxes right where I wanted them and re-assembled all my furniture. I was shocked when they announced they were done at about 12:30pm and the whole thing was under $700!!! And they did all that without anything being lost or broken, amazing!!! I went into the process of hiring a moving company apprehensive but they were fantastic and I would highly, highly recommend Premier Movers!!!

The whole move went well and I highly recommend Premier Moving.

We scheduled the move months in advance and they still came out that week to give us an estimate. The move was based on an hourly rate and during the estimate we were given advice on how to take time off our overall move. The company needed no deposit up front and as an added bonus will give you boxes to pack your stuff in. A credit card is used to secure the boxes but you are only charged if you don't return them in a few weeks after the move. The movers called the day before to confirm and ask if they could come earlier. They showed up on time and went to work. The three man team had a system and were extremely careful with everything, wrapping anything that could be damaged in it's own moving pad. At the new house, they took their time and made sure things were where we wanted them. They moved the piano at no extra cost as everything was based on time. There was no standing around and they worked hard from the start. If we ever planned on moving again, we would use this company.

I had called several moving companies to get estimates. Premiere was the only company to send someone out to have a look at what the job would entail. All the estimates we received - including Premiere's - were within $200 of each other. Premiere went the extra step and that got them our business. They were very flexible. Our closing was early in the morning of the 30th so they came out with one truck the afternoon prior and filled it up. This made the work to be done on "moving day" substantially less. When we got the garage code at our second closing, I phoned the team supervisor to tell him. I expected that they would be sitting at Starbucks waiting for us but they actually only a few blocks from our new property. They charge by the hour and this crew seemed intent to get this move done as quickly as possible for us. Not every box made it to where we had wanted but they hit well over 90%. One item was damaged during the move and the supervisor came to us with it in one hand and his wallet in the other to pay for a replacement. These guys worked hard, were friendly, professional, and organized.

They did a wonderful job. They were friendly, and seemed very knowledgable. I was happy with both their pick up and delivery. They also gave me a reasonable price.

It was great. They were the best. We loved them. We loved the people who came out to help with the move. They were very friendly and professional. Nothing was damaged. It was great and we would recommend them. We would absolutely use them again.

I would recommend this group to anyone. They were professional, punctual, and CAREFUL. Our entire move was finished in less than three hours and there was zero breakage. Hire this group and you will not regret it.

Premier Moving Services was professional and had excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the Continental Auto Relocators that they contracted with left our rear cabin light on during the move and so our battery was dead when we picked up our car. However, we do not have any complaints with Premier Moving Services themselves.

Everything that was supposed to happen did happen.The car arrived by the date that we had specified with them. The process went smoothly.

Obviously, one doesn't move everyday so I wasn't totally sure what I was getting myself into. I can honestly say, Lance made my move less stressful and seemless. He and Travis did an awesome job of packing my things. As a matter of fact, nothing was broken when I unpacked my boxes. They did everything they could to put my mind at ease. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond. I was so pleased with them, that I am having them pack and ship the rest of my home to the Chicago area. I can't say enough about this company, specifically Lance. I now consider him my friend!
