Everything went very smoothly and we were happy with the service. The dispatcher stayed in close touch with our friend in Wisconsin to coordinate the pickup. Because it is not such a popular route it took several weeks to arrange but that wasn't a problem for us. The truck was picked up in Wisconsin on a Tuesday and arrived in our town on Friday in good shape. It traveled on a large flat bed and I believe there were other jobs enroute. We met the trucker in a large parking lot off the freeway where he could unload the truck.

Did exactly what we agreed on. On time, no problems and no extra charges.

The move went very smoothly. The car was picked up when promised and actually delivered a day early. Kevin was very good at describing what his role was and communicating during the whole process. My son said the car arrived in great shape. Very happy with the quality of the service.

The shipper picked up the car promptly, although delayed by the weather a little bit. He informed me all the progress and timing, very professional.

It all went fine. I missed the original drop off date and they accomodated me with no extra fee. They are more expensive than some other companies but they did the job with no problems. I was not willing to take a chance.

They arrived 10 minutes early, were professional and very friendly. The job they did was amazing, thoroughly checked everything, noted any problems, showed them to me. Packed everything efficiently and rapidly and were done in an amazing amount of time. The items were delivered to the beneficiary in Texas and according to her, the service there was also exemplary! I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I used Premier to transport a vehicle from Sarasota, FL to Minneapolis. I was happy with the flexibility of the driver and the availability of Premier. Smooth transaction at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I felt comfortable in dealing with Kevin & his decision making and trusted him to select the best people & firm to transport my veh. Kevin Nagel of Premier Moving Service provided professional and timely service. This service was arranged remotely and required time-sensitive scheduling which was handled with competence and accuracy.

I was very impressed. I had planned to drive cross country but, at the last minute, was unable to due to an injury. I called Kevin with only a 3 or 4 day turn around time to find someone to perform the service. He was able to find someone at a lower price than he'd originally quoted and was able to answer all of my questions. He even said that he'd be available if anything came up during the weekend. Called them and they didn't service the area I needed the cars to leave from, so they assigned us to a 3rd party and our experience was absolutely horrible.

Kevin Nagel is a life saver! He didn't really save my life, but he did save my move. I had arranged my car transport with another transportation broker I found on craigslist four weeks before my move. The other broker (broker x) gave me an excellent price (in fact, too good). Broker X assured me it was settled and that my car would be picked up on the morning we agreed upon. The day before the move, I checked in with broker x and he said he was not able to find a transport service. I did not know what to do, so I went back to Angie's list and fortunately found Kevin Nagel. He explained the process to me and I understood that the first person gave me such a low price that no transportation company was willing to pick up my car for that price. We discussed what a fair price would be and he agreed to help me. That afternoon he found a ride for my car. The next day, my car was picked up by a transporter arranged by Kevin - JBird express. They were excellent - professional, great communication, willing to work with us on the pick-up and delivery locations. The car was delivered in Utah in the exact same condition as it left Virginia - and during the window in which it was promised. We couldn't be happier with the entire transaction!

The company manager was very nice, professional and courteous, but they could not get a trucker to move our After waiting 5 days to be contacted, I gave up and had to use another local company in order to get the car moved to our destination.

I was very pleased with this company. They returned my e-mail promptly and picked up the car within one week. The car was delivered to LA when promised.

I initially went with a competitor of Premier. It was 3 weeks past my expected ship date and still no scheduled ship date. I called Kevin and he had me my car in Minneapolis 5 days after first contact for $75 more. Interesting industry where route prices are pretty well set and if you go under the route price typically drivers will not pick up the car, unless you are lucky of course. This was my situation with the competitor. I found Kevin very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I would use him again and recommend him in the future. Thank you Kevin.

Couldn't have gone more smoothly. The car was picked up and delivered on time and the driver was extremely courteous and professional. The road to our house is narrow and tree-lined so it was not possible for the transporter to get to the house. The driver insisted on meeting at a location where he could park his truck and then drove the car to the house himself. I drove him back to the truck. Very considerate of him.

Everything happened as promised. There were a few issues that were resolved immediately. Kevin Nagel was always available and is quite skilled at what his company does.

I called them 4 times, wanting to set up an appointment and also find out what they charge. They never called me back. I even tried again on July 3rd, on Wednesday before the holiday, and I never got an answer, nor have they responded

He gave me a range of quotes, but gave me the higher cost when I pressed him for the exact amount. He was not very friendly or seeming to want to do business with me.

It was fine. He told me when to expect the car, and then gave me the contact # for the people handing the car off to me that Sunday.

The bill was double the quote. It was supposed to get moved in one day and took longer. There were several items damaged. We had to communicate with them for several months and it still wasn’t resolved. There was one mover that went above and beyond, but he was the only one.

Don't be put off by Premier Moving Services location. Kevin Nagel appears to have contacts all over and he was able to give me (what I thought) was a tremendous deal. The people who actually moved the vehicle were very professional and I received my car without a ding or a scratch. And, it was delivered on the day I requested. Kevin took care of the bill upfront so that the transport company was not owed anything at the time of delivery. Another benefit was taking care of this through one individual--Kevin. He was quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls which I appreciated because you are always in "crunch time" when moving. I highly recommend Premier Moving Services to anyone looking for an auto relocation service.

I think they did a good job and the guys are pretty good. They were nice and agreeable which made it easy to deal with them. They charged by the hour, but it seemed they did not need the job because they were taking their time in their responses.

Premier Moving Services were great. There was no hassle whatsoever. I worked with Mary. If I had questions or ran into any problems I called Mary and they were fixed. I only had one problem with arrival time. It was within what I said and what we arranged to do but unfortunately it fell outside of the person who was going to receive the car so we had to make some last minute changes. She did great. She made them happen. Their quality was excellent, they were very responsive, and they were there right when they said they would be there. I would recommend Premier Moving Services to anybody.
