My husband owns a lot of power tools and carpentry equipment (planer, band saws et al). All these tools and 8 years of living in one place has led to us owning a lot of things that needed to be moved. Dan, Travis and Jerry were absolutely wonderful to work with. They arrived on time, were friendly and ploughed right through. Kevin (the owner) had previously made a house visit and estimated about 5 - 6 hours of move time. And our move took 6 hours. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They took care to find out where we wanted our things and placed them where we wanted them with care. It helped a lot that we could get moving boxes from them.Overall, we are very impressed with their work. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.Thanks a lot for making our move so hassle-free!

Their price was reasonable. They were fine and they didn’t seem to be more specific about we had in store. They were very responsive. I probably might consider using them in the future.

Overall we were pretty pleased. They were on time. We had a lot of stuff to move. There was only one glass that was broken, which was pretty minor in our eyes. The only small disappointment was when they came to pack us we thought there were going to be 2 or 3 guys coming and there was only 1 guy so it took a lot longer and we were being charged by the hour. That was kind of a disappointment but he did a really good job.

I moved from a loft in the Warehouse District to a house in south Mpls. They were on time and very efficient and personable. They had to use an elevator to move my stuff, and it was in winter too. They didn't damage anything, and they finished in the time expected. They were very nice and obviously liked working with each other. I also got free moving boxes, which was a big savings; if you return the boxes, you are not charged. It's a family business, and the owners were really nice -- good people. I've moved many, many times, including cross country. This is the best moving experience I've had.

When I made the reservation in a month in advance they said they would be sending a 3 person team at $150 a hour. However, when they showed up in the morning, slightly late, their was only two of them and I was told that I would only be charged $120 a hour since it would be a two person team. It was on the humid side and the temp was in the high 70s for the moving not the best moving weather, but not the worst either. While moving me out they used a dolly to move my boxes. In the past they had not done this. I was busy cleaning the apartment and when came out to see the progress I found that the dolly had scratched up the hardwood floors. I had to do some buffing on the floors by hand to get my deposit back on the apartment as the management company was very sensitive about the condition of the floors. Also they took the dolly down the stairs bouncing the boxes and crushing some as they went. The boxes I packed were not packed to go up and down stairs on a dolly. Thankfully only one inexpensive wine glass broke. Also in the past they took the time to wrap up pictures, floor lamps, and all pieces of furniture so they would not get scratched, but this time they did not. I had one piece of black painted furniture badly scratched and it will require me to repaint the front of it. Also one picture frame was pretty banged up and will need to be replaced. By the time we got to the moving in part the crew was getting tired and did not offer to help setup beds, rugs or anything as they had in the past. The move took several hours longer than I anticipated, but because of the lower hourly rate the price was the same. This time around I wasn't that impressed with their service and I think if I need to move again I would try another company.

I needed to ship my daughter's car to her from Minneapolis to Cleveland. I tried a Minnesota transport firm and got very poor service. Promises made as when the cargo would be shipped, but the promises were never kept. I then turned to "Auto Delivery" (a division of Premier Moving Services). This firm is a broker and works with a number of different carriers. While the first firm failed after two entire weeks to arrange shipment of this car, Premier did it in a day. Car arrived in excellent condition delivered right to the door at my daughter's home. All promises kept. Kevin, the owner/operator is terrific to work with - a true professional.
