Description of Work: I contacted this company because I wanted to move from St Paul, Mn to NW florida. The estimate and the initial visit went very well. I asked for & was given several options. They would pack for me or I would pack. I chose to pack the majority of my belongings. I received a written estimate. A moving date was set. It was explained to me they would pack up furniture & I could request certain things packed. On the day of moving, when the truck arrived. The two guys who did the packing were nice. The lead person initially was rude. I mistakenly assumed they would pack anything I needed them to pack. He informed me that did not have boxes & if I couldn't get it done. It would have to be scheduled at a later date. He said his work order did not include wardrobe boxes & informed me it was my problem & not his. My house closing was in 2 days there was no option. I ran to stables & bought boxes & tried to pack as quickly as I could. Close to tears & feeling like there were no other options. I packed as quickly as I could. theu waited for me to finish & the lead person became nicer and offered some suggestions that were helpful. My belongings were packed into a small truck & then at some point into a national van lines.2 1/2 weeks later my belongings arrived in Fl. I t was ouring rain & my daughter accepted my belongings. she states everything went well.

Description of Work: we called for an estimate and left a message after hours the night before. the owner promptly got back to us the next day and we discussed the dates of the move. Unfortunately they are already booked up and we will not be able to use them.
